This is an excellent small hotel for a city break. Situated right in the heart of Florence. Its down a side street and very close to all attractions - this is a very compact city and everything is within walking distance. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We spoke to them about taking the open top tourist bus and they advised it wasn't worth it, produced a map and marked out a walking tour for us. Couldn't have asked for more. Access to hotel is up a small flight of stone steps - no bother for us but if you have mobility problems,it may be. Rooms were excellent with modern bathrooms, air conditioning etc. Our breakfast was included - breads, cheese, meats, jams etc tea, coffee, juice. Bog standard small hotel fare! But adequate. Wouild I visit here agin - DEFINITELY!
