We found Venice to be beautiful. It is very different as there are no cars in the centre, only the canals. The streets were incredibly pretty and the views from the Grand Canal amazing. The only downside was that it was perhaps a little too busy, but you could see why!!!!
We would particluarly recommend taking walks in the little lanes and just looking around and making sure that you do get to see Venice from the water as it was meant to be seen!
