Bellavista Farmhouse - Xaghra, Gozo Reviews

Best thing of the farmhouse are the magnificent views. The rest is a complete disaster. Here's a listing of what we were told we would find (as per the website) to what we actually found on site:

a) General cleanliness of the place - below expectations. Everything was dusty and dirty. Maybe the last time this place was cleaned up was during summer 2007! b) Ensuite Bathroom - OMG! Water taps coming off, water pressure nearly nothing, no water hose hanger against the wall, dirty bath mat, worn out towels. A Jacuzzi is mentioned on the website - they forgot to add the horrible dirty & rusty state it is in c) Free services - ????!!!! This is what there is on the website: a. The newly arrived guests will find a fresh food pack awaiting them in the fridge consisting of water, sugar, coffee, tea, milk, ham, butter and a loaf of bread.DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT - WE FOUND NOTHING!!! (We asked for supermarkets in the area since what was advertised on the website was not found on premises) b. Swimming pool is kept always clean. FORGET ABOUT THIS ONE AS WELL (The pool was dirty - we were also told by the host not to swim in it. Why on earth do you advertise that it is always kept clean then? Another time, I might as well pay for a farmhouse without pool!)

Definetly will never go back to Bellavista Farmhouses. I will go back to Gozo tho :)
