The Apartments

DO NOT STAY in these apartments. I have been coming to Malta for many years and these were the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. No fans were provided, I had to borrow from friends and remembering the temperature rarly droped below 27c at night, no towels or Iron were provided either, when I asked the owner she was most unhelpful and again I had to borrow an iron and buy more towels. The rooms were disgusting and one of our party didnt even have any bed linen on his bed.The shower was a trickle and the toilet fell apart when you touched it. The kitchen was also a disgrace with a fridge that didnt keep things cool. Also we had to beg for a spare set of keys so our party could do seperate things.

The Resort

Mellieha is a lovely village, a great place to chill out, some great restaurants and nice bars. A visit to Reflections Bar is amust superb food prepared by their award winning chef Joseph, patrons Joe and Darryl Vella are extremely friendly and very helpful and between them they create a relaxed friendly place to eat and drink.

Trips

Mdina is a must as is trip to Valletta.
Good for diving and water sports also.

All in all Malta is great place for a holiday just a shame about our apartments.
