Hotel Riza Reviews

We used a week of our timeshare and exchanged into the Hotel Riza at Qwara. resort very commercialised and Buggibba also, the standard of driving is appalling so not exactly a laid-back week. Hotel all showy up front but our apartment surely must have been the basement at one time. frosted glass on patio dors should have made me suspicious but on the frist morning i opened up the doors to be confronted with a rubbish truck parked on the road outside and the men looking in, every day the rubbish was collected from the store behind our patio wall so then all the flies were disturbed making sitting outside immpossible.the onepathetic raised flower bed in the corner was full of dead plants. yes we complained but nothing was done, no-one contacted us and this resort apparently won awards for hospitality!!!
to top everything the restaurant closed at 7pm why?
