Clejos Court is situated in an ideal position for access to St Paul's Bay and Buggiba. Peaceful and quiet setting yet within a short walking distance to restaurants/bars/shops. The apartment is situated on the sea front, there is a large verandah where you can sit and relax, you look out onto a small harbour and St Paul's Island. We booked the flights and apartment separately, we found Clejos Court advertised under Malta Holiday Accom (St Paul's Bay), after e mailing the owner (Rose) I received a prompt reply and everything went from there.

Transport was arranged for us from the airport to the apartment at a cost of 7 Maltese Pounds for 2 and 8 MP for 4 people on our return journey. We were delayed for about 3 hours from England but Charlie and his wife who were picking us up waited for our flight to arrive (early into the morning). Our first impression of the apartment was, wow! this is spacious, there were 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one single (one of the bedrooms has a separate toilet and wash basin). Bathroom with shower,toilet and washing machine. Fully equiped kitchen and large living area.We found the apartment clean. We had the use of a phone in the apartment which was handy for calls from England, to make calls you would need to purchase a phone card. Only the double bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and as you can imagine it was very hot.A cleaner came in after the first week to change bedding etc and left extra towels at our request. There is plenty of storage space in all rooms.

It is a short walk (5 min) to get a bus to either mellieha or golden bay beaches which are both very nice and about 4 km away. There are a few local bay's within easy walking distance. There are 2 hotel's nearby with swimming pool's that anyone can use at a small cost (2 MP). The bus stop to Valetta is just round the corner. Only five minute's walk away into St Paul's Bay is Sirens which consists of a very large pool, lots of sun beds, and they serve decent food at a good price. For starter and main meal average price about £6. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

It is a ten minute walk into Bugibba centre and there are restaurants/bars along the way.They are in the process of making a man made beach which looked almost complete. It had been 13 years since we holidayed in Malta and we had a lovely holiday and would definately go back and stay at Clejos Court. Although we had no children with us it is suitable for children. A must is a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon it is just as nice as i remembered it, good for snorkelling.
