what can i say, fantastic! check in brilliant, very efficient service. we had a junior suite and they are well worth paying extra for as the standard rooms are just that, standard. room beautiful mini bar stocked up daily. food fantastic no dodgy tummies as...
what can i say, fantastic! check in brilliant, very efficient service. we had a junior suite and they are well worth paying extra for as the standard rooms are just that, standard. room beautiful mini bar stocked up daily. food fantastic no dodgy tummies as you would expect all inclusive. steak, fish, chicken, pork, shark all cooked in front of you on the grill. all food was freshly put out and thrown away if uneaten, they were constantly putting out fresh food. loads of different salads, veg, fruit and cakes. staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic they made a huge fuss of my 4 year old. waiter service on the beach brilliant you would just put your empty glass down and benito the waiter would bring you a fresh drink he is lovely.
rooms and hotel in general absolutely spotless staff constantly cleaning. we gave tips a lot of guests didnt but we got fantastic service in return for just small tips. weather was good, very hot. just 1 day stormy but mainly rained at night so dont worry when you check the weather as we did! night time entertainment was very low key so make sure you take something to ammuse you at night. main street is really near hotel so is easy to go out at night if you want, we didnt bother with having 4 year old but thoroughly enjoyed holiday anyway was very relaxing. not a great deal for children to do kids club ran by spaniards so take something to ammuse kids.
everything else about the hotel is fab and i cant wait to go again. visited dolphins fabulous well worth the money
