Thought some of the staff were rude, the food was poor so definitely wouldnt stay here again. It was in a really nice location though and the facilities were very nice.

Went here in 08 and it's a lovely place, good food, nice staff, rooms have great decor. Nice location for beach, restaurants etc so its got everything you need for a great holiday.

We arrived at the allegro playacar on 9th August 2006, on arrival we were given a welcome cocktail which went down well with the heat, we were then taken to our room, we had a room over looking the pool and sea the view was fantastic, we had arranged to get married there on 16th august hence when we went in the room the hotel had put a flower arrangement in there it was lovely, the also put another one in the day before we left.
The room had a king size bed,sat tv, coffee machine, iron and ironing board. The room was cleaned every day for the two weeks we were there, on the day of the wedding the staff were very helpful.

our wedding was like a dream we married at the poles area situated by the activity pool with the beach in the background, on the day the weather was perfect, the wedding coordinater Katrina was very pleasent and very helpful from start to finish, she even booked us in to the mexican resturant at night.
The was pleanty to do at the allegro from arobics/water arobics volleyball, darts, polo, or just chillin out on the beach with one of the many cocktails the make.

The food was superb we were all inclusive it was that good i put nine pound on. We would recommend anyone to go here the mexican people are so nice we have no complaints at all, we would like to return in the not to distant future.
