we didnt get champayne and flowers when we arrived but i was impressed with everything else. was very dissapointed on how some americans spoke to the staff tho. we had a great time . it doesnt have a beach but its own lagoon, i didnt think this would matter but i did actually miss the beach. the food is excellant and staff very accomodated

The Hotel looked a bit dated on arrival but we were pleasantly suprised.First good thing, you were'nt issued with a plastic wristband. Staff were all great and the service was excellent the rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. The maids work exceptionally hard. The food was good, loads of choice, 5 different places to eat and you dont have to make any reservations. All drinks were included even blended cocktails and international brands. The beach and pool areas were very good and again very clean and well maintained.

The only down points were that the room smelled a bit damp, think that was due to the air conditioning. Also the evening entertainment was a bit rubbish, but the hotel did provide a free bus service into playa del carmen and the option to go to bars and nightclubs.

we had a gret time at this hotel and resort. all the amenities and staff are first class , i can not recomend it enough.we liked it so much weve been back in 2006 and are spending christmas and new year 2007 there, go on try it you will like it.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous staff. We had a fabulous time and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately during our stay we were hit by a hurricane, but the staff remained calm and looked after us beautifully. Thank you all so much!

We were greeted on arrival with champagne and a rose and the service stayed at this impeccable standard throughout our stay. The food in all the restaurants was of an extremely high standard. The service in this hotel is exceptional - entertainment staff, poolside waiters, everyone! The rooms were comfortable with the added advantage of all spirits and room service included in the All Inclusive package. The double jacuzzi is a lovely touch - an exceptional experience!

In short this was the best holiday we have had and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to all.

We have just returned from our homeymoon at Aventura Spa Palace. This resort is by far the most amazing place we have ever been to. Fantastic accomodation, great food, brilliant staff.

If only we could afford a holiday like this every year!!
