This hotel is advertised as a 5 star all inclusive - it is not - it is more like a 3 star - food is very poor indeed and the service around the pool and restaurant virtually non existent. Agadir its self is a very good resort with many bars and restaurants I would not recommend this hotel

Very grotty reception.Not 5* looking at all.Bedroom was with seaview throu some tree branches.We did change the room the next day.Alot better seaview and poolview.

We went H/B and could have gone A/I. Lucky we did not!Food no variation.No pasta or rice for a whole week.Grilled fish every day.Beefdishes aswel but did not look tempting. Saladbar???Some tomateos if you were lucky(if they had not finnished for the day)lettuce,cucumber. Some days we had a treat. Shredded carrots.Sweet buffe was 3 different cakes and they were the same every day + some strawberrys.Breakfast ok but no toast.A lot of people were sick with stomach bugs.

Pool area very nice but not enough beds!we were at the low season and there were not enough beds.No info in the rooms about phonenumbers,mealtimes,where to go,pooltimes.We were told when booking that it had a private beach.We only found out throu overhearing a couple talking about it.There were not enough beds there either.Most of them were broken.Food was ok at the beach.Toiletes at the beach very clean.Most of the staff were friendly except for the man working in exchange.They did not fill your bathroom with schampoo and soap either.We had to phone for it.

I would not say this was a 5* hotel.I have been in some. I would say 3* at the most 3*+.One good thing the hotel was very close to the only english bar.Good music and food.
