Iberostar Founty Beach reviews (21-21 of 21)
My goodness, we had our doubts but this has been a fantastic holiday!
We had a 3 1/2 hour delay on the way out to Morocco so that tainted the start of our holiday. However we did make use of the refreshment voucher given to us at Gatwick's bar!

When we arrived at Agadir, we were made to fill out a customs form wanting to know everything apart from your earliest childhood memory! Same thing happened at the hotel when we got there. Bearing in mind we were due to arrive at 7ish and actually got there at midnight, we were in no mood for more forms! We were then ";tagged"; as is norm with All Inclusive properties and told that our luggage would be delivered to our room. 45 minutes later, it arrived. First piece of advice, take your own case to your room, if you can!!
We had booked a sea view room and when we opened the curtains the next morning, we realised that the extra money was well spent. You are literally a stones throw from the beach and we were also overlooking the pool, not sure if all rooms were like that.
The rooms themself were very clean, tidy, spacious and it stayed like this for the duration of our holiday. The whole hotel is immaculate including the grounds which we couldn't believe we so green.
Food was amazing, buffet service and so much choice. They had something to cater for everyone and out of all the poeple that we spoke to, only one complained that she lived on Pringles for the whole week. Can't please everyone I suppose..!! You can book one meal a week at the a la carte restaurant and the food there is even better than the normal restaurant.
Daytime activities were plentiful, water aerobics, darts, football, volleyball, waterpolo, I could go on.......!!
Evening entertainment was hilarious, sometimes when it shouldn't be I'm sure. I nearly collapsed with laughter at the Grease show! The dancing was absolutely great, considering the Animation team work all day, don't know where they get their energy from! Traditional Moroccon night is a must, acrobats, snakes, traditional music, spectacular display!
We didn't venture out into Agadir much, as we were two girls on our own, we were a bit dubious but I'd have no problems going out and about when I go back. We did go to Marrakesh which was great, we only went for a day and the journey is 4 hours long! I would suggest that if you can, participate in the overnight excursion, bit more money but not such a tiring experience.
All in all, a fabulous holiday and we are looking at going back in September. What really made the holiday was all the staff, restaurant, bar, Animation team, everyone really!
If you're looking at going, go because it's an amazing place. Cannot fault it and can't wait to go back
