Woooow What A Great Holiday Once Again, Three Times I've Been Here. Went As A Family At The End Of April 07 For 10 days & Again In October 2007 For 2 Weeks & In July 08 For A Week With My Sister.

We Have The Best Of Time Here, We Relax & Chat The Ainmation Team They Make The Holz The Best Keep You Entertainment All Day & Nite. Were Great Friends With The From Day One, Keep In Touch With. They Have Change Everytime We Have Been But Some The People Are There From The First Time. But We Love The Animation Team. Shows Are Great, The Same Everytime But Great. Activities All Day For You To Do. The Animation Team Are Fab.

Food We Allways Went To Te Self-Services, Which Is Great Get Your Own Food. Nice Food.

Rooms Fine Close Enuff To The Pool. Clean. Comfy. Maids Were There Everyday - Nice And Polite, All Said Good Morining, Had A Sleep.

Staff All Over The Hotel Were Polite And Welcoming :] There All Lovely People.

The Holiday Is Great All The Time We Go, Can't Wait Till Nxt When Me & Sister Go Back. The Holiday Is Suitable For Most People Things For Everyone To Do. I Sat & Relaxed Most Of The Holz & Toped Up My Tan & I Enjoyed It.

are friend recommended the caribean village cause they had such a good time 2years ago.But when we got there it was very different.we were in block 29 and had the noice of the disco on the from of the hotel booming out till 4am on most nights,also the taxis beeping all night. our friends who had be here before were by the pool with the vollyball courts were.they had the animation team doing vollyball and football game up till 2.00-2.30am.

i like to take part in the games but not all the time,when you said no to the amination team you got told you were either fat or lazy unless you were FRENCH.

we had a bad sandstorm one hight the next day the pool was full of sand and rubbish, it was like that for 5 DAYS.there was also a loose fitting filter at the bottom of the main pool.i have never be bad on holiday until this one when we all came down with sickness and diorrhoea.there was quite a few came down with this in the hotel.my wife has come home with a water infection.

The waiters and reception staff were ace couldnt ask for more they great.
Would i go to Morocco again yes maybe but perhaps not here. Its suposed to be a familly hotel but is more like an 18-30.Its a big shame cause it upset our friends because they had recommended the hotel in the first place but we would never blame them its just the change in the staff over the past two years.Hopefully if anyone in the future going here will have a better time.
as for the resort very good beach lovely just watch out for the sellers on the beach /can be a bit tiresome

arrived in this hotel in late afternoon and we thought we had been transported back to the 70s it was dark and dismal and first impressions were not good, we had been warned before we traveled but thought we would make our own minds up, all the bad things we had heard and read about this place had come true, we did'nt want to even to book in, but as the rep was not due until the next morning we had to.

We were taken to our rooms which were very small and painted bright orange they were not like a normal hotel room, but then this is not like a normal hotel.By this time we were feeling hungry so we went to the restaurant and the food was uneatable, all dried up looked as if it had been there all day, so none of us had anything to eat,as we did'nt want to risk being ill. to cut along story short we were moved out the next day (and by the way there were 14 of us moved out, none of us related and all strangers to us) so this says it all. must add that the airtours rep kamal was very helpful in moving us all, a realy nice man who bent over backwards to do all he could to make our stay in morocco a pleasant one.

we had a great time at this resort.we found the staff very Friendly and helpful with excellent service. The food in all the restaurants we tried were very good.
The entertainment team tried very hard but a bit hit and miss.

There is a lovely private part of the beach with free use of catamarans and kayaks, there is also a soft drinks bar on the beach which is also free.

The fun fishing trip is worth a go even if you have never fished before and you get to eat all that is caught

Remember to tip staff before you leave.

All in all a very good and enjoyable holiday for both Family and couples, and with very good weather being between 27 and 30 degrees.

After reading the bad reviews about this hotel we were absolutely dreading our holiday but one thing I have learned is to never believe all that you read.

We have just returned from a two week holiday here and it has been fantastic. Despite what reviews have said our room was clean, very nice and in a good location (block 33). The food was fine - what you would expect for a 3* all inclusive. All of the swimming pools were clean and we never had any problems getting a sun lounger. We had no problems obtaining three drinks on each visit to the bar (we even had drinks delivered to our room) - just be nice the bar staff and they will be nice to you! All three of us had an upset stomach at one point during the holiday but nothing any different than we have had when visiting other countries. All of the staff were very helpful and there was always a First Choice rep available. The one problem we did find was being hassled by the locals when you went outside the hotel but this is to be expected in a poor country like Morocco (no different that Turkey or Tunisia).

All in all we had a great two weeks holiday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
