"Riad Zolah"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Went to Marrakec with a couple of mates from uni, we saw it as a bit of an adventure as we took a trip into the desert. Great welcome at the Riad, they sat us down with a nice mint tea. The room was basic but comfortable, really thick blankets on the beds as the rooms don't have heating (this is Morocco remember, it is completely different to Europe). Breakfast was great, home cooked break with oranges from their trees on the roof (we saw them pick and squeeze them!) For a really good touch, next door had a goat on the roof!

Overall Hotel Rating:
Lovely little hotel, more like someones home! They were so friendly and looked after us well. Breakfast was delicious, tasty food and lovely fresh squeezed orange juice. The riad is really hidden in the streets around the souks, you need help to find it!

"Zolah"
Overall Hotel Rating:
You really need to take the organised transfer from the airport to find this place, hidden in the maze of the souks! however hospitality is unbeatable. the breakfast was really nice, and the owner was righfully proud of the riad. lovely break.

"Amazing"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Riad Zolah was an outstanding experience. I was so pleasantly surprised walking through the front door I felt as if I had walked into paradise. The staff upon arrival stated if there was anything that was needed to let them know. They went over and above the level of extrodinary service. I can't imagine any Riad or hotel coming close to Riad Zolah. The staff made sure we were completely informed and comfortable about what to expect from exiting the airport terminal to our arrival and Riad Zolah. We walked the souks all day and didn't feel like sifting through more crowds. We had asked the staff on short notice for some bread and cheese. 15 minutes went by and a silver tray was brought up, to a beautiful/extremely comfortable roofdeck with an incredible display of food. Salads, cheeses, olives. argon oil well you get the point. The decor of the Riad was so over the top but not stuffy, rather extremely comfortable. Riad Zolah was also a great showroom for all the beautiful things that can be purchased in Morocco. There were fresh roses and their petals scattered throughout. Ismiel himself guided us to specific shops when we wanted to purchase larger items. This helped in the bargaining. Ok I purchased to much. Not a problem! I am waiting for my wood crate to arrive. Obviously, I really can't say enough about Riad Zolah. You or anyone you know going to Marrakech MUST stay here.
