Booked this short break via easy-Jet, we thought we were in the wrong hotel on arrival as it was so much better than we had expected - it was without doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had bed and breakfast during our break and also dinner on the first (arrival) night. Food and service were of an extremely high standard, as was the cleanliness of the rooms and all hoted. All staff without exception were friendly and very helpful. No noise from other guests in their rooms-a very quiet relaxing stay. We used the steam room on for free (this needs pre-booking) and found the spa staff again helpful and accommodating. Only 1 point to mention this hotel is situated in an out of town area, however we did take bus and tram into town and taxi back with no problem whatsoever-do take hotel address with you as lots of drivers had not heard of it as it is only 1 year old.
