Having just come home from our family holiday at the holiday village i felt i had to write a reveiw because it helped us before we booked our holiday. The Holiday Village was absolutly brillant we had a great holiday, the hotel was spotlesly clean with beds, towels etc changed every day. Our two girls aged 4 and 7 went to the kids club a few days which they loved, they were given a kids pack which has a hat. t shirt, water bottle and a bag. The entertainment team and reps were excellent and really friendly. The only thing is we went self catering but if we went back we would go all inclusive. Taxis are really cheap about 3-4 euros up to the new strip (shops,bars and restaurants). I would recommend Holiday Village algarve highly for familys, lots for the kids to do and food really good aswell, totally worth the money.

Fab time here 4th oct onwards with my little boy and partner...i really dont know why people moan this holiday is worth more than a 4*...the nightime show is goog for kids and the people who run the shows...but watch out for the dj he loves him self and goe...

Balaia is a quiet resort nice beaches its a good 20 mins walk onto the strip but you dont have to go out as the holiday village has everything you need

I am sorry to those that drink that I can't recommend a place(as I don't drink at all)but if the places are as friendly as everywher else then they would all be good.
