Overall

Great Hotel well Located with great promenade by the sea , the view are fantastic and people very nice . service is ok, i stay in the winter time and the have good animation for us.

We went at the end of the season,the weather was still good.

Did not get the impression the area was for the young or young at heart as quarteira I'm told, was a small fishing village back in the days, so it may suite the elder person.

Did not get the impression the area was for the young or young at heart as quarteira I'm told, was a small fishing village back in the days, so it may suite the elder person.

This part of portugal is not ideal if you do not have your own transport,taxis do work out expensive and local transport could be better.

Overall

Hotel is set in the middle of nowhere,a "free" minibus service from the hotel is available into Quarteira/Villamora but not frequent enough.

The food,breakfast/dinner were poor,ok if you love very little choice in the morning and cauliflower in the ev...

"wheel chair access"

not a lot to do ,the beach is very steep,and the sea is very rough,nothing much to do at night.

advertised as suitable for disabled ,lifts not big enough for wheel chairs ,ramps too steep for wheel chair ,steps every were on exit doors , not at all suitable for wheelchairs or those who struggle to get about .
