The resort was great, we wanted a quiet holiday with things to do if we wanted and this place was great. The gift shops were very nice and the staff very friendly. We mainly ate in English restaurants and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back to this resort we loved it and had a great holiday there.

Resort of Salou, quite nice, but not very much to do except, dine out and walk the promenade at night.

Magaluf is a good place to go for your holiday if you just want a good week of sun and aren’t too bothered about culture. Although it is quite high rise and there are lots of people around, it is a nice place and the beach is superb. There are so many good English bars and karoke for the evening!

The beach is lovely, enclosed and quite calm so very safe for the children. Very sandy too. There isn’t a great deal else to do near the resort, but it is only a 10 or so minute walk to the edge of the main resort, which is more lively with a few bars and tourist shops. The waterpark is extremely nearby though.

Cala Forcat is a great family resort, we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Beach is lovely, a nice little bay. There are some nice restaurants, all child friendly and a few shops. A trip over to Ciudedella, not too far away, is nice.

Typical Med resort really, got all the bars, restaurants and shops you expect, you can take your pick of places showing the premier league. Nice enough beach, lovely weather. Can’t really go wrong.

Quite a busy resort with good selection of bars and restaurants. Suited for both young and old, couples and families. Small funfair for small children. Hippy market on a Friday which sells some nice bits and pieces for better price than the stalls and shops in the town. Only moan would be that everything is so expensive. With the Euro being so weak it makes everything seem even more expensive - EUR 2.50 for a small bottle of Sprite & EUR 2.50 for a large bag of walkers?!! BEACH IS GORGEOUS.

Cala'n bosch was a nice resort although not the prettiest I have been too. Again very geared up to families but not cheap to eat out with the Euro as it is.

The longest stretch of soft sandy beaches on the whole of the island, perfectly safe for all the kids. Not a noisy resort, quite relaxed and layed back with some great markets in and around the area every day. Not a place for young adults looking for nighclubs and drinking til the small hours, sorry, this is a family resort, it caters more for mums and dads with kids that need plenty of things to do to stop them getting bored.

There was organised entertainment and competitions everyday, archery, pool table tennis french boules water polo, darts shooting to name a few.... when we went to comment in the visitors book, it was choc-a-block with praise, many visitors stating they had been many times before and would be returning.. We love tenerife, and found this hotel (which is situated just behind the Safari retail area in Los Christianos, than Las Americas) to be one of the very best.. we would not hesitate to return here.. very central.

The title of this review says it all! There are more resteraunts/bars per mile here than anywhere else. The food is always of a high standard as competition is rife and by looking around you can work out who does what cheaper than others. The majority seem to serve meat based meals with Steak Houses and Italian restaurants being the most common. Don't just stick to the main strip as great food and atmosphere can be found in the back streets (where we found the cheapest drinks were to be had; only €1-1.50 a pint compared to €3-3.50). Some have deals on such as 'kids half price' or 'free bottle of wine with the meal' so as said look around! Staying at Parque Santiago lV you have the advantage of being close enough to walk to the night life of 'Veronicas Strip' for the night clubs if that's your thing or to Los Christianos for fantastic Sea food and Tapas as well as the harbour yet far enough away just to laze away the day getting your tan. The shopping centre under the road on the 'Strip' comes alive at night and the 'Bazaar' shops above have pretty much anything you could want but again go walkies to find some of the same things allot cheaper and remember to 'Haggle' for that all important purchase (Even in the shops!) as this is expected! Have fun with the 'LOOKIE-LOOKIE's' who try to sell you sunglasses even if your wearing them along with bangles, watches and various 'L.E.D.' based toys to play with! There are many excursions to do from 'Jungle Park' to 'Boat rides' to keep you occupied (look out for '2 for 1' offers on major attractions and 'Haggle' for the boat trips/water activities)! Most bars/resteraunts have some sort of entertainment/Caberett to speak of in an evening with the best turns usually in the 'English' sections such as 'The Corner Bar' at the back of Santiago V which is about 5 mins from lV. As said it's what you want it to be and if like us you'll count down the days until you can return!

Harbour is a must to see at night, beach is worth a trip, lighthouse is nice to see a working one.

Very small and miles from anywhere if you like walking or cycling then its ok if your looking for lots to do water parks etc then stay well clear as these are at leat an hour or so away and you would be better staying nearer Palma
