Benidorm is a good place really despite the slightly bad press it gets. Yes there are some tacky bits and a lot of British bars but that isn't a bad thing necesarily and the beach is really nice. The old town is also lovely.

Benidorm is a great place, loads of good bars and plenty showing the footie. Also you can catch up on Corrie, and you can get all the English papers and English food. Home from home really. Nice beach and good town.

Benidorm is very good for us, plenty of choice of bars and restaurants to try. We also like the beach and old town, very good for walks. We visit two or three times a year, its our second home!

an excellent place to party all night long!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the beaches are fantastic with the men building statues out of sand and they are cleaned each night of rubbish

Benidorm is ideal for everyone, young or old BUT I HAVE A WARNING tread cautiously i do'nt mean pickpockets, gypsies,potatoe men. I mean the blanket trip,, THE GREEN TOUR. I've been on all of their trips for the last 9yrs but they will kill the tourist trade if they continue with their latest SCAM.. If you do go on one of their free trips they get hold of your phone number (ileagaly) and on your return will phone you as a friendly greentour rep , with an offer too good to be true, and it is just that.. Yes its a holiday in Benidorm, I foolishly parted with 800euros that was in Feb2010 i phoned emailed and finaly sent a registered letter with no replies.. So use their free trips by allmeans.. But DO Not SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS

I love Benidorm. It is very high rise, but the beaches and promenades are beautifully maintained. Like everywhere, you can spend as much or as little as you like, but there are some great places to eat and drink for very little.

There is an abundance of nightlife to choose from. I don't go to many places, as we prefer to be out and about during the day more than nightlife. We have seen some excellent acts for just the price of a drink.

There are theme parks close by, and the local bus service is very good if you want to get out and about a bit. There are also some beautiful places to visit if you have a car.

Not as busy as previous years and lots of restaurants and bars closed, but still a good resort. Plenty to do in the day on foot (which is best) or using local buses and the train. A beautiful promenade and a lovely traditional old town are all worth a stroll. We were pleasantly surprised by how inexpensive it was compared to other resorts in Europe. Too chilly for us to sit, but the Levante beach is probably one of the best in Spain and so much work has been done on the promenade at the Poniente Beach, it really is well worth the walk. Our favourite evening bar has to be The Tower Lounge on Calle Gerona near the old town, John and Elaine are excellent hosts and run a very good Bar. The entertainment is of a very good standard. Benidorm can be whatever you make it, but we have never been disappointed. Hasta Manana

Good nightlife, although because of the Euro situation is a bit pricey at the moment, however due to the location and the superb nightlife they know that you will spend so the prices are higher than on other islands or parts of spain. Good holiday though and would do it again

we go 4 times a year and love it!!!!! good for all ages. food not so good but we self cater so cook our own as cafes can be very poor. beaches lovely

Again would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great party or very interested in nightlife, as a mature couple it just wasn't for us as it was too loud and crowded everywhere we went

Benidorm is the best of the Costas for everyone, a fantastic blue flag beech, hundreds of bars and restaurants - there is something for everyone of every age group.

Good resort beaches the best plenty to see and do good bus and train servie would like to see some public toilets near beach

Benidorm has something for every age group. Great beaches, great nightlife, friendly locals all in all a good place to go. cheap n cheerfull. blackpool in the sun. pubs n clubs open late and all pubs speak english.

It was very tidy and clean. i liked it a lot. i liked the path and the road.

We really like Benidorm, there is a good selection of bars and the beach is lovely for a nice walk. We are retired and go twice a year, in and out of season. Love it.
