"great time in benidorm"
Overall Hotel Rating:
we stayed here in august, had a fantastic time. daughter really enjoyed the entertainment, and the kids zone. the food was really good something for every one although the childrens menu could be better , mad rush for sunbeds in the morning. glad i was never up that early . Benidorm is also a great place lots to see and do. if going to the beach i would recommend poniente beach as levante is a bit rocky, if you get a chance go to the waterfalls lovely day out. aqualandia is brilliant if you like water slides open till 9pm mundomar is also a nice day out so there is always plenty to do. Rachels lbar across from the hotel staff really friendly liam and lee work hard and the young lady who works behind the bar they have one day off a week and work really long hours. overall was a great holiday going back next year for definite

"hotel flamingo oasis"
Overall Hotel Rating:
This is our second time at the hotel and nothing much has changed. The entertainment on an evening is brilliant for the adults though the children's disco is a bit repetitive (kids seem to enjoy it though), always got a sunbed, food excellent, about 20 minute walk to the beach, rooms cleaned daily, all inclusive from 9 - midnight - strongbow cider included, would go back again.

Overall Hotel Rating:
we stayed at flamingo oasis in june this year it was fantastic there where 10 of us with the age range from 2 to 76 this hotel is very clean and the food was very very good with a full chioce for everybody even those that are very fussy there are bars right out side the hotel and even a big supermarket that was great for anything you had forgotten to take with you the entertainment staff work really hard and are all brilliant with the kids. its a nice walk to the shops and beach about 10mins. and no hills its all on the flat which was great i would highley reccomend this hotel for all ages also they serve strongbow on tap which was great and they also let you take bottles of wine up to your room. all the staff are great. thank you all at flamingo aosis hope to see you soon
"The Flamingo Oasis - the best"
Overall Hotel Rating:
3rd time here in 5 years so that says a lot. Still very good although more Spanish guests now so everything has to be repeated. The water guns sold at the hotel were also a nuisance and they have ruined the mini golf with the silly equip they hand out. Lifts still a bit of a nightmare but the other hotel facilities more than make up for this. However standards overall are still high. Hotel staff more friendly with Spanish guests that Brits but perhaps thats to be expected. Entertainment and activities programme is excellent. Food was getting a bit repetitive but the range is so great I don't see how anyone can complain. Went to Terra Mittica and if you get there when it opens at 11.00 you can get round the place real quick, sems to be more geared now to evening / night entertainment. The Thomsons deal at hotel was good and much less than you would have to pay at gate, E25 rather than E33 Also the second day free if going back next day or E8 for a non consequitive second day which we thought was good value.
So what more can I say, except if this hotel does not please you you will never be pleased unless you pay to go 5 star and pay mega bucks.

"Fab time had by all"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Spent 1 week at the end of July 2010 at the Flamingo Oasis but wish we had booked for 2 weeks. We had never done an all inclusive package before but wouldn't hesitate to do it again. The food was lovely and catered for all tastes. The variety was excellent, we were extremely impressed. The entertainers work ridiculously hard, night and day. The shows they put on at night were great. A real bonus to the hotel. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. A great holiday was had by all (4 adults, 1 teenager, 3 children ages 9, 6 and 4).

"Flamingo Oasis"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Having read the reviews we were disappointed. Get near the pool thats joke - the sunbeds were grabbed and I do mean grabbed very early and then often left for hours empty, no Germans these were Brits! THe general behaviour of others guests was awful i.e a man threatneing from the bar balcony during a show - picking up a child and going as if to throw the child over. No lilos allowed in the pool, but they did allow oversized rings the size of lorry wheels in, which quickly made the pool which wasn't that big overcrowded. A lot of the kids had water pumps - not nice to have sqirted in the face and frightening for younger children, The lifts were chronic , a number of times I waited over 10 minutes for one. Then there was the energy safving light in the loos, the would go out in a matter of seconds, with no outside natural light you were left to try unsuccessfully to wave your arms about. My 7 year old grandaughter was terrified of them. Having both Thomsons kid Zones and the min club at almost the same time, said bad planning on someones behalf. I have never stayed anywhere with so many petty rules, you can't sit her or there for 2 more minutes, show a 7 years old with you card going into the resturant with you. I understand some of them but I for one object to treated like that. Having said that that the hotel does have good point, that was the show which were excellant the food very good and most staff very pleasant.

"Flamingo Oasis Hotel Benidorm"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Our recent holiday at the Flamingo Oasis Hotel Benidorm has set a new benchmark as to what we expect when we go on our holidays. The friendliness of the staff is inpeccable, they speak fluent english and you really feel as if they strive to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The All-Inclusive food HAS to be seen and tasted to be believed - I have paid for many a meal in this country that isn't a patch on Flamingo Oasis' food! There are a good choice of drinks (international! i.e Strongbow, malibu) on the bars and the service was pretty quick. The hotel itself has a quality, clean feel. We will without dounbt be back again.....

"Hotel Flamingo Oasis"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Although 1km from the beach this hotel has everything that you could want for the whole family without moving from the site. Lake sized swimming pool with palms and sunloungers, loads of bars with everything imaginable, piano bars, rooftop, adult only. Full entertainment programme with proffessional shows considered by some to be the best in Benidorm. Full kids activity programme to keep them happy all day long. Also keeps running all thro the winter apparantly too! All inclusive is well worth having especially with the kids as it covers virtually everything and there's two massive restaurants serving up buffet style so everyone likes something. Spa for the adults with whirlpool and pool. Rooms excellent with air conditioning and sattelite TV

"Great again"
Overall Hotel Rating:
We have now stayed at this hotel 5 times and we love it. The entertainment staff are exellent and the shows that they put on are super. There is a great choice of food and all drinks are satisfactory. The hotel is geared for families and children are well entertained by the hotel staff and the kids clubs. The only complaints are the usual ones about the sprint for the sunbeds in the morning and the rush for the tables outside at night. Over all this is a great all inclusive hotel and we would reccomend it to anyone with children.

"great hotel for kids"
Overall Hotel Rating:
We had a great stay here at flamingo oasis. The rooms were large, pool area lovely and great value being all inclusive. You get bottles of water included which many all inclusives dont provide. Food was really good for the first week then you start to see repitition in the second week, but that is to be expected. High quality foods and something to suit everyone. Kids club was fab and the evening enertainment consisted of dirty dancing, and many other cabaret acts so no need to leave hotel.I used the hairdressers twice and it was reasonable and really good. only down side we seen was when the stag and hen parties arrived at the weekends. why they chose a family hotel i dont know. They were loud and boysterous round the pool. There is a sun terrace that is adults only that was nice and quiet but there was no pool and only 'gold card holders' had access to the roof top pool - which by all accounts was amazing. smirnoff vodka etc included and no children for those who wish it and a quiet scetioned off part of the restaurant. i would recommend this hotel to a friend however would like the hotel to not allow stag and hen parties when they are advertising as a family resort.

"CRAAAAZZZYYY"
Overall Hotel Rating:
It were proper great it were, plenty o booze to enjoy... can hardly remember the holiday lol.
Stayed here for a week during May, with my wife and two daughters, having previously stayed her 2 years ago. We obviously rated it so highly that we decided to come back, and on first impressions, the hotel had retained its standards. The room was clean, tidy and overlooking the pool as requested. Bed was a little uncomfy, but obviously this is personal taste. For first couple of days everything went well, although meal times were like feeding time at the zoo, with everyone barging people out of the way, and having no regard for people. Children were aloud to wonder round aimlessly, and how there wasn't a nasty accident, I don't know. That being said, the food was hot, and a fairly good selection, though I must admit rather repetative by the 3rd day, but thats kinda what you expect when booking all inc, so we have no gripes on this score. The problems came with the large amounts of single sex parties, and the subsequent language around the pool. With a 3 year old, I did not feel it was suitable to sit around the pool, as I feel sure she would have added a few choice words to her vocab by the end of the week. When mentioning this to our rep, he said he knew who the likely people responsible were, as a group of 18 lads had just checked in, but wanted me to identify the culprits to him, but unfortunately, I hadn't the forethought to ask for names!!

FOOD........excellent, best all inclusive food I ever had, loved the desserts, always good variety, (we met a man there who has been 9 times, as the food was so good) ENTERTAINMENT... some shows were just for adults so would open the kids club & put film on for the kids, seen some good shows usually 2 per night. LOCATION.....about 10 minute walk 2 beach, lots of shops, bars just outside the hotel. would go back this was my first time in Benidorm, will def return & reccommend this hotel 2 anyone.

"Flamingo Oasis"
Overall Hotel Rating:
The rooms were great, very spacious and clean, great size bathroom. My advice for future guests is to pull the telephones out at bedtime, there is one in the room and one next to the toilet. The first two nights of our holiday someone was ringing our extension around 3am and then they would hang up. So I just pulled them out of the socket.
The food was good somedays, and other days not so good. You could see all the fat on the meat dishes. I know they like to put a good choice of dishes out, but when we saw a slice of toast with a pineapple ring in the middle covered by melted cheese this didn't appeal to us at all. And as for the breakfasts, next to the eggs, bacon and sausages were trays of sweetcorn, cauliflower and carrots. We were told that the original chef had just left the Flamingo Oasis to go and work at the Flamingo Benidorm. Let's hope the new chef offers better choices soon. The pool looks great, but no sun on it until about 3.30pm every day. Plenty of sunbeds piled up because everyone went to the beach. Poolside bar closed so had to walk up the many steps to the only bar open during the day, dress code at this bar as well, you had to wear t-shirts and footwear, definately not wet straight from pool.
