We booked this apartment known as 'mi casa su casa' direct with the owners. The flights and care hire were all booked on the net. The apartment is fantastic and cannot be faulted. The cleanliness, situation and also the facilities would rate at least 4*. The area is called cumbre del sol and it is basically on the top of a mountain! The views were fab and the 'estate'is made up of luxury villas and 2 bed apts which have a fab pool to use (free and immaculate).

You will need to hire a car to get around but the apartments are only 1 hours drive to Valencia and 1 hours drive to Benidorm (depending on your choice of things to do)The beaches in the area are good and range from rocky coves to lovely sandy beaches. Be aware that this is in fact the 'real' spain so there are hardly any sunbeds for hire on the beaches. I would recommend this for independant travellers who enjoy an authentic break in spain.

We took our 4 year old and there are 100's of things to do for kids(eg terra mitica) but cost quite a bit. Food and drink is cheap and there are plenty of places to eat around and about the apartment. Moraira is a lovely town and only 10 minutes drive. Plenty of supermarkets and chenists within a 5 min drive.
