Stayed here with a group of friends for four nights in October.
Two weeks before arrival I contacted the hotel and requested pool view rooms, I was told that this would be no problem as the hotel was under booked.
At check in the desk informed us there where no pool view rooms available as the hotel was full, which was plainly not the case as was made evident at breakfast the next day.
Rooms are pretty basic and drab with the old noisy air con style units.
None of our party obtained a good nights sleep during the entire stay due to traffic noise and late night party goers.
Parking in the hotel is charged at 6 euros per night plus tax at 16% but without this facility you would struggle to find a legal parking slot anywhere nearby.
Breakfast was just about ok with the same few items on every day.

The hotel has two bars, a pool come coffee bar which was open until 6 pm and the main bar which opened at 7:30 pm.
Entry to the main bar in the evening was at a charge of 6 euros per person with no dispensation for hotel guests, so we all went to a local bar across the road.
The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment, demolition would seem a good option, or at least double glazing to drown out the street noise.
The only plus point is the 500 meter walk to the seafront which has a promenade area free from cars with a few shops and some restaurants.
Torrevieja itself lacks character with little to do and see and only one decent restaurant the ";Bahia"; worth mentioning.
The streets are very crowded and narrow and are based on a one way system, driving through them can be a nightmare.

There is very little to see in the local and surrounding areas so unless you just like lying on a beach all day don't waste your money coming here Spain has far better to offer.
