Roquetas de Mar is a place which didn't have much for the british person. There is no nightlife and not much happens around the resort.

As described in other reviews, the resort centres amongst the cafe society set and we found this to be very relaxing (even our 2 children, really enjoyed the resort). If you're looking for a typical British holiday abroad, then this is not the resort for you. However, to experience a more traditional Spanish holiday in a very safe and relaxing environment, then you can't go wrong with Roquetas de Mar and the Neptuno.
