Cala Honda was shabby and much larger than we thought. A car is essential. It took us ages to find our apartment so make sure you had good directions. The main highway is busy and fast moving,not for the faint hearted but handy to get to the much nicer res...
Cala Honda was shabby and much larger than we thought. A car is essential. It took us ages to find our apartment so make sure you had good directions. The main highway is busy and fast moving,not for the faint hearted but handy to get to the much nicer resort Cabapino which is only two minutes away. We shopped at Lidals supermarket which cut our spending down. Restaurants were disappointing. We had our best meal at the chip shop! Much nicer again at Cabapino where we had good meals at Julies and Alberts both on the harbour front. The banoffi pie at Alberts is to die for -(One is enough for two!) We ventured to Marbella which was impressive. Ronda was a nightmare to get to through the mountains. Don't bother if you're like me and don't do heights! If you do go get there early to find a parking space. We would not visit this resort again.

My family and i stayed in a one bedroom apartment.It was a good size, clean and well equipped.The bedroom was very pleasant with lots of storage.The lounge was dated and the sofa bed uncomfortable.The 2 balconies were a saving grace.We had a sea view (dista...
