the resort was very clean & no prs bothering you every 2 mins, the locals were friendly & helpful, the waterpak was only a few mins walk away from the hotel.If you just wanted too go for a walk no one pestered you, would certainly recommend it very highly.

I find salou to be very dated like something from the eighties! i would not recommend it to any of my freinds as i find it very spanish ortientated and not very engilsh friendly! the restraunts are over priced for the standard of food they serve.

A very busy resort that we found very expensive when it came to food and drink, although if you can be bothered to shop around there are cheaper bars to be found.

The beech is excellent.Salou itself was a nice place and we had lots of lovely walks and the hotel had always some entertainment at night. It may have been a little quiet for younger people but for family;s and older people it is perfect. The other thing we liked about it was it was so near the airport no long tranfers.The weather was a little cloudy when we wre there but it was still a great holiday.

Salou is a wonderful place to visit with plenty to do and see. Stay clear of peak times as the beach and promonade get extremely busy but visit the Water park which is only 10 mins walk away or take a ride on the regular little trains that are a great way to see the rest of the resort. Salou is clean and tidy and the water fountains and firework displays are a great attraction!! Will definitely love to return.

LOCATION- the hotel is located quite close to sevral beaches oe of which is gawjuss and very big but does not get that busy, the hotel is located on a hill so if u have a grudge against hills and stairs this is not for you even though its a nice walk, there are sevral surronding hotels the sunclub with sounded like there was a musical going on was very noisey and sumtimes it was too much, although all the noise stoped at around 12 o clock midnight!! in all fairness there not too much to du around in the day theres nothing to close except for one bar the nights in, if you want a quite brake in the day tht wud be nice for u.TRIPS- there is an information point just about a 100 yards away from the front of the hotel which is helpful, tell u aboutbus times and prices along with many trips worth seeing, we went oin the magic fountain and gaudi trip , although this cost us neally 50 for two of us this was a great day out n worth it in the end, you do get about 40 minutes free oin barcelona, which to be honest isnt enuff and it is very exopensive in barcelona city, it would be wotrth just gettin the bus into barcelona and spending the day there its hudge, one thing is if the tour guide say be there at the bus for a certain time then do so as our driver left around 4 people behind for turning up late so be warned , except for tht it is well worth it the magic fountain is spectacular.

Cap Salou is a bus ride away from Salou and much smaller only a handful of bars and restaurants and a little fun fair for younger kids in the middle of the square. we ate at the Smugglers Inn, Route 66 and a Spanish Taverna all good . Drank at Mikey's Bar and Crow's Nest but sorry folks that's about it , so party animals stay away , it suited us as Salou far too busy and we had entertainment in our hotel.

salou is every young persons paradise, cheap food and drink, amazing beaches and in my opinion some of the most beautiful girls in the world... will probably get hassled alot in shops but thats holiday resorts for ya! :)

Really liked the resort as there was lots to do, lots of shops and arcades to walk round. it was also good being near the big theme park and swimming pool. the beach and sea are lovely.

didnt like this resort all shops sell same things not much worth buying if you are young and want to go drinking then its for you very busy roads

Overall, the apartments were lovely apart from the noise. About a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, same to PortAdventura. Spent a very enjoyable day there, rides excellent and something for everyone. Went to market in Bonavista but would not recommend it. Very busy, dirty and not great quality. The beach is about a 5-10min walk, which is lovely with plenty of play areas (swings, slides etc) for the kids.

Salou is great for all ages. Excellant local bus service. The beaches are very good and would recommend this as a holiday destination.

Salou itself is a fun packed resort plenty to do for families and couples wouldnt really recommend for older couples. PLenty of bars/clubs/shops if you like those kinds of things. Beaches are nice and clean, transport around the area on local buses is good. Port Aventura is worth a visit for those with older children.

bustling resort with something for everybody whether it be shopping site seeing or just lazing on the beach

Only went into salou couple of times ...... Needs a facelift .Looks like its been left in atimewarp .... But dont let it stop you staying at hotel !!!
