La Pineda Apartments Reviews

The only thing that lets this place down is the Admiral Bar run as part of the apartments complex. We (a family of 6 adults & 2 children) have just returned from a fabulous week at this complex. Very spacious, clean, excellent accommodation.

On to the bar downstairs, serving snacks & drinks. We ate out every night and on a couple of occassions returned to the apartments and called in to the bar downstairs to see what nightly entertainment was on (which I might add if you are in one of the apartments directly above it, it goes on till 1-2am some mornings, you've been warned!).

We sat at a nearby empty table, a waitress asked if we would like some drinks, we replied maybe in a while, we have just eaten/drank. She then must have told the bar supervisor who promptly marched over and asked if we were going to buy drinks now as this is a private bar & they pay for the entertainment!!! We explained we were staying in the apartments, had just eaten, etc. but she wasn't interested. We promptly left and never returned to the bar of an evening out of principle. Quite rude without reason we thought, a shame.

The pool area was great, larger pool for adults, swimmers etc. and a splash pool for the little ones. Plenty of sunbeds/parasols all day long.

I must admit that these apartements are wonderful. They are clean and spacious. The towels are changed every day and the staff are very courteous. my only dissapointment was the fleet of british yobs that caused trouble at night. The entertainment was fun and the food was excellent. A great all round family holkidasy with lots to see and do. Trips to Barcelona a must. Trips to safari jeep excursions wonderful.
