The resort doesn't have many shops, the ones it does have mainly sell food and clothes, aswell as the usual souveniers. It is all built on hills, so take decent shoes instead of just flip flops! Beach is fine but does have some small rocks in the water. There are a selection of restaurants but not much nighttime entertainment. Most tourists to this resort are german or spanish.

Very quiet in early february. There is much evidence of recession in many closed shops and much unbuilt property. But if you like it quiet, it is great.

Overall this holiday was by far the best holiday i have ever had, and we are looking to book to go back in september. Fuerteventura was a loverly place, and im glad we choose to go there, it was quite expensive a meal out was between 30 to 50 euro, but thats only because of the exchange rate at the moment, however we never had a bad meal theywere all worth it. If your looking for a family holiday i would highly recomment trying here.

Excellent resort, we have been twice and will definitely go back. The music square is brilliant with live entertainment and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Amazing beaches.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the town and it's a fair walk into the centre, but the sea is very near and you can walk along the beach to town - alternatively you can do what we did and hire bikes and get there in a few minutes. In the other direction it's a mere five minute cycle into the miles and miles of beautiful sand dunes. You can of course get the bus to the centre of town or the dunes if you prefer. A great place for a break and I'd go back there happily.

We wanted a peaceful week away and were not bothered about the night life. The beaches were beautiful, though the sunloungers a bit pricey in Morro Jable. It had a lovely old fashioned feel about it. Will definately go back.

Very pleasant resort . It was clean and had plenty of shops, bars and restaurants . We didn't go onto the beach but again it appeared very clean with plenty of sunloungers . We hired a car for a couple days and found the island easy to drive around as the roads were good . Caleta is only approx 10 minutes from the airport which was great for us as it meant we got to our hotel very quickly . We enjoyed our holiday in Caleta very much however if it's a Magaluf style resort you are then this is'nt the resort for you .

Caleta De Fuste review
"Caleta de Fuste - lovely resort"
resort to a friend
The perfect beach holiday! A lovely crescent beach with promenade. The resort of Caleta de Fuste, or sometimes known as Costa Caleta is great for sun-lovers looking for a relaxing holiday. We have a toddler so can't really comment on the nightlife but it appeared mainly to be bars and restaurants rather than clubs.

We quite liked Jandia. The beach was nice and the resort wasn't too big and busy. There were some good shops and restaurants though, nice to sit in and enjoy a leisurely lunch in the sun.
