"Lobos Bahia"
Overall Hotel Rating:
I had a nice time in this hotel and would very much like to go back. The staff were nice enough but were not always available at the reception desk which was a bit annoying at times especially when I wanted to find things out. The location was ok, it wasnt the best that it could have been and there were some other places that I seen that were in better locations. The shops were not great as a lot of the things they were selling were tacky like lots of keyrings and dolphin ornaments. The kids facilities were good I thought as was the hotel entertainment. The hotel had good activities for guests on during the daytime and shows and activities too at night which I really enjoyed. The room that I was in was really comfortable and the beds were really soft and comfortable too which was good. I would recommend staying here to everyone as it was quiet and suitable for most people.

"Very nice"
Overall Hotel Rating:
I had a wonderful time staying at the Lobos Bahia resort as I thought that it was a lot of fun and I completely loved it. The place was kept very clean by cleaners and always seemed to be very tidy too with it. The food in the hotel was fine but not great really. The hotel entertainment was ok but the shows that were on at night were a little bit cheesy, they were enjoyable all the same. The hotel had a wonderful pool that I completely loved swimming about in especially in the hot and warm weather which was very nice. The location of the hotel was quite good and was not too far from the beach which was only a short walk away. I did have a very good time staying in this hotel and I would stay there again and recommend it to everyone.

"Great fun"
Overall Hotel Rating:
This hotel is a lot of fun and had lots of activities and great kids facilitites too which I availed of. My children loved it and still ask me when we can go back there for another holiday. The staff are very nice and friendly and really polite to guests. There is sometimes a queue at reception but it is worth waiting as the staff will be really nice to you. The location was not too bad, not too far from the shops or the beach either so I really liked staying at it. There was some night time entertainment which was good like shows put on by the staff and they were very talented. The room that I was in was large and quite comfortable. The beds were comfortable and it had everything that I would look for in a room on holiday. A very friendly nice place to stay that I am sure you will enjoy as much as me.

"Wonderful"
Overall Hotel Rating:
I went with my family to the Lobos Bahia resort and I really enjoyed myself. All of us had a really good time and didnt want to leave at all. The weather was very good and the apartments were quite big. One of our family had to sleep on a sofa bed though and even though we booked the room for 5 people, there were only 4 proper beds which was disappointing. The apartments were lovely though and have a gorgeous swimming pool to cool you down on the really hot days. The kids facilities are ok and the hotel entertainment was quite good. There were shows on different nights suitable for most of the family which we all really enjoyed. The apartments were no frills and quite basic but I did not mind and enjoyed it a lot anyway.

"Friendly and pleasant hotel"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Lobos Bahia is a very friendly hotel and situated in an ideal spot, close to the bars but not too close to be annoyed by the music, the hotel offers 2 pools, a large family pool and a smaller more quiet pool for relaxing, the entertainment is good but the food is pretty basic, edible and enjoyable but nothing to shout about, the hotel is also a 5 minute walk from the fantastic Baku water park, all in all, would I stay there again.....Yes.

"ecxellent"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Apartments are basic but clean. We found the staff very friendly and good at their jobs. Its not the place to stay if you want wild parties but if you want to go to bed at night and have a quite peaceful night it's the place for you. Apartments are situtated just far enought from the town to be able to go back and relax in peace and quite. As for cats. yes we did see some but we've seen a lot more on other islands, ie. gran can, tenerife and lanzrote. If you want a good value holiday on the most beautiful island in the Canaries, Lobos Bahia is excellent.

"GREAT APARTMENTS"
Overall Hotel Rating:
A great hotel, I have been to stay here 3 times and to be honest I wouldnt stay anywhere else, it has one of the biggest heated pools that I have ever used and also has a great range of activities for both adults and children, the first time I stayed in lobos bahia was when I got accommodation on arrival a very late deal at a really good price, the complex itself is massive and there is a heated pool and also a large cold water pool with a bridge etc running across, we were able to participate in things such as archery among many other activities and the staff are really friendly and welcoming, the rooms are up to a very high standard for self catering but the food in the hotel is also good, ive really enjoyed the place everytime I have visited and have not been disappointed once.

"fantastic hotel"
Overall Hotel Rating:
We booked the holiday a week before we went and got it for a good price, as this is my second holiday abroad I didnt knwo really what to expect, I know I wanted to go somewhere to chill but also wanted some night life!! We were told the whole was along that the night life is not the best there as it is for families etc, but still we thought we knew better. The Hotel was as people said basic, but it was a good size and I liked the fact that you could shut off the kitchen... The hotel was clean the pool was cleaned daily, which is aopnly a good thing, and there are a number of pools ther, the quiet one is fun as all the people are there to chill out and it is really really quiet, so for fun why not do a really big jump and make a splash, we did and it went down a treat!! The hotel staff were OK Most of them didn't really give you the time of day but it was OK. If you do go self catering I advise you rather than buying the food go out and eat. its cheaper, the shops over there are Netto, however they are sooo expensive, £2.67 for a tin of beans!! Shops are OK over there basic as basic, the water park is just accross the way and the rep we had Ryania was FABULOUS!! We lovbed her, she really knew her stuff and she was really good! There are alot of English people around, so in a way you do feel at home, in one pub we watched Eastenders (sad i know but I love Eastenders)We met some lovely people there too.

"Excellent hotel"
Overall Hotel Rating:
We have stayed at the Lobos Bahia 5 times and each time it gets better and better, the staff have now got to know us and when they see us arrive they keep us at the reception while a member of staff rushes off to our room and puts a small hamper in there, the pools are excellent and so to is the day and night entertainment, the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main night life area, many hotels are right in the centre of it and can be a noisy place to stay, Lobos Bahia is just in the right spot, Corralejo also has a water park which is brilliant, a fab cheap day out for all the familyand is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel, you will not be disapointed with this hotel
"OK but would not return"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Me and my boyfriend have just returned from a weeks stay from the 7th november 2009,I read most reviews before we went and I went with an open mind.I knew what to expect before I went.I just wish i was advsied to book self catering and upgrade to All-inclusive when we got their as it was only 13 euro a day. Hotel reception is really modern and gives you a good first impression,we arrived at about half seven so It was dark.We made our way to the apartment which was block J queit a distance from the reception. On making our way my boyfriend nearly sprained his ankle as the pasts have holes in which is hard to see in the dark, but never mind that didnt spoil the holiday. When we got into the apartment it was good size seperate bedroom to the living room, with a samll kitchen. The balcony was massive overlooking the pool. The only downside was NO aircon,Nightmare. The pool area close to our room was lovely which had new sunbeds compared to the other pool which was dirty. Entertainment on an evening Dreadful its a bloke with speakers plugged upto a laptop,a few quizes before the kids disco. We ended up going out most nights into the resort as its was better than staying in the hotel. For the price that we payed for the holiday we wernt bothered. Hotel is in a great location you are a five minute walk to the shops bars and resturants, No nightclubs if you are going for that. The best bar that we found wsas the American in the plaza shopping centre, only 3euro a pint and 1.80 a glass of wine,You get a free shooter every time you go in.

"all fur coat and no knickers'"
Overall Hotel Rating:
It's our 7th visit in 6 years to Corralejo (see my previous reviews), and we have always fancied staying at the lobos bahia having ventured in as far as the swimming pool a few visits ago. The entry area is really nice but a bit too much concrete and the reception very smart. The pool area is really good as well, if very similar to a lot of Corralejo apartment complexes. However the rooms were nothing to write home about. We had to ask to move the first day because the room was so dark and dingy and facing the road. The patio door was broken as well. We were moved to a block at the back with no view but at least it was up high with a balcony. Some of the service staff in the pool bar were miserable s**s. We looked at the all inclusive food where you could pay 28 euros for a day of all inclusive but it looked rubbish so we didn't bother. Position wise it is great. Right on the main drag at the top of the resort with enough bars and shops close by. We paid a bit extra to stay here and it was worth it for the position because after a night in the bars we didn't want too far to walk, however I wouldn't be in a rush to stay there again. I prefered the Oasis village, where we stayed a few years ago.

"Lobos Bahia Hotel, Fuerteventura"
Overall Hotel Rating:
My husband , 4 year old daughter and I stayed at the Lobos Bahia Hotel on the 21st October 2009 for one week. On arrival we were pleasently surprised by the Reception area, a nice first impression. We then walked in the pitch black what seemed about 3 miles around a concrete city of apartments. We finally reached our apartment and it was ok. The apartment has the typical token wooden sofa, complete with rock hard cushions and a pull out bed. A basic kitchen and a bathroom complete with its own family of ants and some good quality mould around the shower. There is no air conditioning and the Hotel charge for the hire of a fan (12 euros, per week), also you do get a TV in the room, which does come in handy for small children, which you also have to pay 20 euro's (per week)to unlock the 4 English channels. The following day we checked out the facilities. The childrens play area is a health and safety hazard and would not recommend its use. The entire complex is very tired looking, quite shabby, it has not seen a paintbrush for at least 5 years. Lots of broken tiles in and around the Pool area. The Pools are salt water and on the verge of below freezing ! The whole complex did not have an atmosphere whatsoever, very quiet and quite depressing. But we had to make the best of what we had ! The rooms are not cleaned as often as you would like, the towels were changed twice and the bed sheets just once. The actual resort was very nice, a lovely beach for children, lovely sand and clear sea, which you could see all the fish. Some great rock pools around the beach which all the children loved and spent hours investigating. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel. The harbour is lovely, some great restaurants. There is the usual strip of restaurants and bar's, quite reasonable in price to eat out. Sweets seem to be really expensive, so take your own! There is a market on Mondays and Friday's which is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, its nice for a browse, mainly jewellery and crafts sold. Your local supermarket is Netto's, we bought the basic's for our apartment and it cost 89 euro's !!! so be careful ! A nice resort for a week's holiday, just not a great Hotel.

Overall Hotel Rating:
Had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are fine, they have everything you need. The hotel pool is decent too. It was nice and sunny but a bit windy, which is annoying when you are trying to read the paper!

"lovely hotel"
Overall Hotel Rating:
This place was exactly what me and my boyfriend were looking for (he's 21, I'm 19). We wanted to go somewhere that wasn't rowdy but had enough to keep us entertained for a week. The Lobos Bahia Apartments were in the perfect spot. It's about a five minute walk to the beach, and a 5-10 minute walk from all the main shops and bars. Our apartment was basic but had everything that we needed for a week and it was kept very clean. From what I can remember the maid came everyday and cleaned, gave us new towels and changed and made the beds. The place has two salt water swimming pools, the main one being massive. There are plenty of sun loungers to go round. From what we could see the place seemed very popular with families with children as well.
