We spent most our time in Playa del ingles on the beach and in the bars/restaraunts which were good apart from the hordes of people trying to sell you things.

The resort is very nice, the best part of the beach is the nudist section, we went there each time we went to the beach, my partner chose to go naked and I chose not to! Beautiful golden sand and not littered with ciggie butts as it is in the more populated area of the beach. We had a day in Puerto Rico glad we didn't holiday there the beaches are manmade and look and feel it. Also spent a day in Las Palmas, if you do go there it isn't a resort and we felt a bit out of place in shorts and t-shirt so you may want to go in long trousers or jeans! The Cathedral and Christopher Columbus' House weren't as interesting as we thought they'd be, you wouldn't be missing out if you didn't go!! All in all we had a lovely holiday and didn't have to break the bank to do it.

Beach is clean food not that good for the money if going to the beach watch out for people trying to sell you stuff they are a pain and on the beach there is a nudist area. The excursion around the island were good but not all worth the money so if you can talk to people who have taken any of the trips you are looking at.
