Overall Hotel Rating:
This is a family run hotel that club 18-30's use, it also houses some of the many islands workers, so the atmosphere round the pool is great, all different types of music but not too loud that you can't get a sleep, it's about a 10 min walk from westend and the clubs, safe area to walk around in at night as it's in a residential area, the hotel itself is very safe, you can hire a safety deposit box but we never and had nothing stolen and that's with the windows and balcony left open, the rooms are clean and very spacious would easily fit 4 ppl, theres cooking facilities, a fridge and toaster!! if you are staying at this hotel the only thing i would say is try and get a pool view as the rooms at the back of the hotel get no sun and if you don't like general drainage or air con noises you'll never sleep, there is no air con in the rooms but you can hire fans if you like, the food is really good and resonably priced with the general chips, burgers, pizza on it, drinks prices were good and they generally let you make any concoction you like, i would def stay at this hotel again but might look into booking it direct.
Onto the holiday, club 18-30 so what would you expect?? it was really good, the rep ben was great but next year i would do things differently, def book your superclub tickets through them as it takes the hassle of you getting them yourself but don't be sucked into paying for the pre parties, although they promise 1 euro bars for how many hours, the drink is substituted for local spirits and it's all watered down so ur wasting your money big time, your far better getting the real stuff in and either drinking in your room or down the beach, in the westend you were averaging 6 euro's a drink and unless you drank wkd or drinks like that the spirits were local and watered down, so waste of money again, as for in the clubs don't even bother as it's really expensive, you get given a wristband when you go in so that lets you come and go as you choose, so we just went round to the shop got drink, drank it on beach then went back in, def go to judgement sunday at eden that was the best night, also tiesto at priviledge, altho don't take a taxi back to town go up to bus stop and get the bus back its only 3 euro's, we heard some ppl being conned out of 50 euro's!! As for food def go to kanya for a sunset and a meal the food is really good and its a great atmosphere, check out ibiza spotlight for the party calendar for next year as this helps plan your holiday, i'll def be going back for the opening and closing parties next year n def be staying at the laura.

As we expected the resort was not very busy although it was the october school week. The apartments were lovely and clean beds made every day. As it was an 18-30's we were very skeptical but on arrival we recieved a letter telling us they had changed and do not do bar crawls, drinking games etc anymore.
Vincent the hotel's owners son was excellent! My boyfriend had an accident in the hotel and broke his back, Vincent came and found me to tell me, then carried Mick to the doctors, he then realised we would have to go to the hospital and as it was the middle of the night he gave me money out of his own pocket to get a taxi home! He then phoned the hospital every half hour to see how we were! and helped me get a hold of the insurance company etc.As this happend on the third day we didn't see much of the resort but every night somewhere else was closing which was good because even though there weren't many people there, everyone was in the same place!! The rep Jade was excellent, not pushy at all.
The hotel is positioned close enough to walk to the west end but far away enough so as you couldn't hear a sound. But I think it is situated in the spanish bronx, me and Suzi got to the corner and thought we were going to get mugged by a group of spaniards, My boyfriend and his friend were also shot at by a spaniard in an unprovocked attack. This might sound like the holiday from hell but beeliev me it was not and I would recmomend the hotel to anyone but during the summer.
I would like to say hello to the boys from Greenock and the Gordie lads especially Peter Kay! and if you go to the Laura say hi to Vincent
