San Antonio Town Holiday Reviews

It looks like it will be brilliant when everything is open. But we went and everything was shut. Big let down, EPIC FAIL! Thank god the flight and 3 nights hotel cost £60 each!!!!!

even though its a bit out of season there are still plenty of bars and clubs open, though it was quieter during the week, at the weekend there seemed to be a few stag/hen parties and other groups turn up to beef up the numbers that weren't there on the mon/tue/wed.

San An was quali8ty but there werent many people around and a lot of stuff was shut. but you can't beat watching the sunset at cafe del mar, even though that was closed too!!!

Plenty of nice bars. Some were shut mind you, but still had a good few drinks every night. Nice beach too!

quite a nice town, quite a few bars and perfect for a bit of a drinking break. don't go with club 18-30 though!

much of what you can expect, basically blackpool with a lot more sun but to go out every night and turn into a yob is what ibiza is all about.

Ibiza is expensive so be warned and take extra cash. The clubs are around 50 euros to get in witht the drinks being 15 euros each. The main San Antonio Bay beach is not so great, wouldn't recommend going there, but if you walk along the seafront past Cafe Mambo there's a nice little coved beach - perfect. Loads of cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from and some water activities to enjoy.

This is my 4th visit to IBIZA, San ANtonio...

i love it, west end is amazing - so many bars and clubs its great for young couples/ groups/stags/hens! go to cappones - can dance on bar and recieve free drinks look at the shops in the day at west end, fab souvioners, pacha shop...!

overall this is a amzing place..!!

Perfect place for a partying holiday, to chill out drink and party with friends! So many places to eat and reasonable priced, varying from trendy restaurants such as Cafe Mambo to the cheaper places suitable for large groups.

Beautiful views at sunset from cafe mambo and cafe savannah. Wide selection of bars which do cater to all musical tastes so not the typical Ibiza house music everywhere.

There are PRs everywhere thought, day and night so prepare to be hassled by then but they are only doing their jobs and they are more often then not very friendly and chet to them cos you may be able to haggle good offers out of them! (we did!!) also they can let you know the best places to buy your advance tickets for the big clubs such as Pacha and Ammnesia.

load sof bars, loads of clubs, booze, dance, women, beach, sun, fantastic! don't miss cafe del mar, or ibiza rocks. we got to see mgmt, who were really good!

loved the little back streets lined with bars, takeaways, amazing clubs. also liked the cafe del mar, gotta be there for sunset! loved Es Paradis!

San Antonio was everything I expected to be and more. I thouroughly enjoyed my time there and if given the chance I would go back again. The nightlife was amazing and the westend was superb and the variety or restraunts serving both spanish dishes and birtish dishes meant there was always a great variety of choice.

i have been to san antonio 3 years ago when i was 17 and loved every minute of it.

however it had drastically gone down hill. it is very run down and dirty, the beach is average and they type of people who go there has changed from fun loving party people to hard core chav druggies.

i obviously am aware that some sad people feel the need to take druggs to have a good time, but i didnt realize the extent of the problem till this week. we got hassled where wherever we went. its quite sad that i overheard a chavvy lad saying he brought 3000 to spend in a week.

i would advise for people to choose a newer more up and coming party place as the white isle has been taken over by ASBOS

PS dont let any of your belongings out of your sight for even a second. my friend had her bag stolen from the beach. another couple had passports in thier bags which was stolen along with thier other valuables.

Not a great fan of San An to be honest, the strip is awful and the main clubs too commercial. Ibiza Town is much better. Great place to stay though, as its easy to get around and much cheaper than Ibiza Town. The best two clubs are between the two towns anyway.

Some of the town is a bit of a dump but the bars are top, you are guarenteed a good night. KFC in the heart of the action is a great touch!
