The Casa Luis Apartments Reviews

Good family accommodation. Apartments had all equipment/ kitchen utensils you would need for a holiday - if you were to stay in and cook which we didnt. Place kept very clean and owner was quite often on site looking over things. Reception staff very helpful. Daily entertainment was a bit repetitive - exercise in the water/same routine - could have been a bit varied, killer pool nearly every day. Had a dart board but only two darts? But after saying that did participate in quite a few events. Food was quite nice in the cafe area. Drink was reasonable also. Only downside was it was a little way out of town - about fifteen minutes walk, and about fifteen minutes to the beach. Place was kept very clean and entertainers did their best to include everyone. Good fun had by all.

We've just returned from a weeks holiday in Casa Luis and we really enjoyed it. Everything was great apart from the accommodation. My party consisted of 3 adults and two children under 3 but our accommodation consisted of one twin room and one tiny single room with about a foot to spare between the single bed and the wall on one side. Really claustrophobic...cell like!! I ended up having to sleep in a single bed with one child while the other child slept in a cot in the hallway of the apartment. The cot wouldn't fit through the door of the twin room!!! This also caused problems when trying to get in and out with buggies etc. We booked the accommodation 6 months prior to our trip so you would think we would have received more suitable accommodation for 5 people. When we complained we were told that the resort was booked out and there was nothing that could be done and the rep didn't show his or her face. It kind of cast a black cloud over what was in other respects a really good holiday. I would hope if we do decide to return that we'll receive better and more suitable accommodation. Other than that, food was lovely, pool was really clean, entertainment in the evenings was good, staff were generally very friendly. Omar and Alex were lovely and kept everyone entertained.

The hotel is amazing i have been coming to this hotel for about 13 years and i love it the staff are friendly the foods amazing and its very clean. Its in a good location not too far from the beach and the shops! If you go the the casa luis you are guarenteed a great time!

This is our third year at Casa Luis . We always visit Ibiza in October, a lovely time of year there. We cannot fault Casa Luis . The staff are friendly and helpful and they always make you welcome . The apartments are well equiped ,clean and comfortable. The restaurant is lovely and the food to a very high standard. The mushroom soup is to die for !! My husband wanted a paella one night and his wish was their command , excellent . Nothing is too much trouble for them . The entertainment is good fun but you dont have to partisipate in the shows if you dont wish too . Omar ,the entertainment person was fantastic this year. Luis , the owner is a lovely man and will go out of his way to make your stay there a magic one . We shall return there next year.

Just returned from a great holiday at Casa Luis. Travelled in a big group and we all had a fantastic time. Luis, family and staff made our stay at Casa Luis a fun time. Entertainment poolside and evening was great. Julie in the restaurant was great always smiling and cheerful despite having to serve 17 at a time. Apartments were great, very clean and I had a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Even the sun managed to shine for the whole two weeks. Luis was a fantastic host and we will be returning again!

Just came back from the best holiday for myself and family, Luis the owner could not do enough for everyone, friendly, clean and good fun for all. Didn't want to leave and are definetely going back next year. Enternaintment first and all staff were friendly from the cleaners to the owner just a shame we had to leave. Casa Luis apartments are centrally located for Santa Eulalia and you can easy catch a bus into Es Cana. For children there is more to do in Es Cana but if you don't want to go out there is plenty to do at Casa Luis. There is a beach a very short walk from the apartments where you can take a pedelo out or snorkel, excellent accommodation and good area felt very safe and want to go again.

We spent a week at Casa Luis in June this year and had a lovely relaxing time.The apartments are family run and all staff are very friendly,nothing is too much trouble.The apartments themselves are spacious and very clean.There are 2 pool areas,1 is quieter than the other,the main pool has the snack/bar restaurant and all day activities are there which are twice a day.The entertainment team are great fun for everyone,kids and adults.The food is very good from day snacks to the restaurant on an evening,and very good value.The disco on a night has a mini disco for the kids and a different show each night,most of the acts are very good.The apartments are about a 15-20mins walk from the centre of Santa Eulalia which is a very nice resort with lots of restaurants to choose from.This holiday for us a family of 3 had something for us all and i would recomend Casa Luis to anyone who wants a fun filled family holiday.

We have just arrived back to the rainy UK from Casa Luis.It is our 2nd year at the family run apartments and did't think this year could beat last but it did.Luis and his family take very good care of you and they can't do enough.All the staff that work there are very friendly and it was nice to see familiar faces,Julie,Jose,Eddy and Maria.New faces were Monica and Ross who were great.The entertainment team of Omar and Korina had changed but were just as great as last year,if not better.There are 2 pools 1 of which is located by the bar/restaurant and both are kept very clean.The food served between 10am-10pm is of a very good standard.The restaurant at night serves Al A Carte or a 4 cousre menu for 11 Euros which changes daily and it is always Very Scummy.The disco always has very good entertainment on and is open til 2.30am so you can dance the night away,which we did most nights! We made some good friends who have also been to Casa Luis several times.As for next year-most probably Casa Luis again-Can't wait.Thanks to Luis and his family for another brilliant holiday! My Family and I have just arrived home from 2 weeks holiday at casa luis appartments We had such a brilliant time i wanted you all to know about it. This is our 2nd visit and didnt think our holiday could get any better but it did. Luis and all his Family make you feel very much at home from the very fist day, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.We loved all the staff in the bar and restaurant Julie,Jose,Ross,Monica and everyone else.The entertainment team Omar and Karina were great fun and kept us all entertained. The evening entertainment was really good and we had a real good time. We all made really good friends there and i'm sure we will keep in touch with them all. The kids had a ball and also made loads of friends. The Apartments are nice and clean and the air con is a godsend. last Year was brilliant, this year was fantastic. It is a little walk from the main resort but i think when you have ate your three course meal at luis's restaurant the walk is just whats needed. Well thats what we thought. Would we go again? YES YES YES infact we are thinking of booking up already. luis and everyone at casa luis thank you for a fab time see you all soon.Andrea Gary Emily and Nieve

What a great complex Casa Luis is. This complex is spotlessy clean and tidy. The enterainer Tomas was excellent and so was the entertainment. The apartment had plenty of cupboard space. Luis the owner was very friendly. I would recommend this complex. Already booked for July 08. Cannot wait. Santa Eulalia is nice with plenty of nice restaurants including Gallery and chinese, la bota and Mirage on the seafront.

We have just got back from Casa Luis and wanted to post a review as it seems the majority of people who go to these apartments are returning customers.

The apartments are clean to an extent. We had silverfish in the bathroom and ants in the livung room (on the last night). We complained to the rep and our bathroom was properly cleaned. I dont think the whole of the apartment had seen a mop up till then. The other problem we had was that our bedroom was right next to the corridor and satirs and could hear everything! The apartments has two pools. the pool nearere reception is quieter. There are not enough umberellas,daft as there are so many kids who come here and need to be kept in the shade at times. Be prepared to set your alarm clock for 7am if you want a sunbed the next day and especially if you need a umberella. Oh yes, you'll also get to know your sunbed nieghbour very well. The sunbeds are VERY close together!
Kika and Tomas (entertainment) are brilliant (and patient!) with the kids. The kids loved it here and i think Kika and Tomas made the holiday for them.
The resturant is of good standard. They do a set menu for 10.50, this can be hit and miss but worth a try. Santa Eulilia is a 15 min walk away, too far in July heat for my liking. You can get a bus though for 1.25 try Mels Bar on the front. Also get the bus into es cana (1.25)and try the bulls head. Don't pay for an excursion to the hippy market at es cana, get the bus. Less the ten mins away.

This is def a family hotel, don't come here if you want a quiet week away as we heard one old couple complaining about!

Personally i wouldnt return to Casa Luis, not that there is anything wrong as many people return here year after year, but if you are on your way here soon you will have a brilliant time as we did apart from a couple of hiccups.

Spent two relaxing weeks in Casa Luis. The accommodation is very clean which more than compensates for it's slightly dated decor. Also, the staff were outstanding including the owner Luis who is visible each day and very approachable. The entertainment, especially Tomas was excellent but not in your face so it did not intrude if you just wanted to do your own thing.

The main reason for this entry is to comment on the absolutely outstanding First Choice Kids Club reps Ashleigh and Gina. We have used kids clubs on at least 4 other occasions and although we have never been dissatisfied, this pair will be impossible to beat. They were happy and enthusiastic and showed genuine care and regard for the children in their care. They did not treat their work as just a job and went over and beyond the call of duty to make the kids happy. They appeared to genuinely enjoy being with the kids and made a huge effort with our ";shy"; middle child aged 4 who is always reluctant to get involved in such things. Not only did they get her to participate, she truly adored both Gina and Ashleigh and almost a month on is still talking about them. We were extremely grateful as I'm sure all parents will appreciate the benefits of having the children suitably entertained.

Highly recommend the Casa Luis.

We have just returned from a great 2 weeks at the Casa Luis Apartments in Ibiza. The apartments were spacious and clean and all of the staff were very friendly. The only downside was the long walk to the town along a busy road.

There was entertainment for all ages including water polo, aqua gym, archery, pistol shooting, rifle shooting, french boules, football, darts and even more for kids and adults. You weren't pressured into doing anything, and it all took place at the one pool, so you could relax at the other one. The entertainers Kika and Tomas were brilliant - especially Tomas - he was very friendly and funny and great with kids.

Every night at the bar there was a mini disco at 9:30pm for the kids and a different show every night at 10:30. This included Karaoke night, Parrot show, Mr Casa Luis, Miss Casa Luis, Tropical night and Blues Brothers they were all very good but it got very busy and sometimes you couldn't get a seat.

Santa Eulalia itself has a nice marina but the restaurants surrounding could be quite expensive. ";Restaurant Row"; had more choice with some good early bird offers, we liked Daffers because they were friendly and made you feel welcome and the food was good.

Overall we had a really good holiday, and we look forward to going to the Casa Luis apartments again.
