Perfect resort for a relaxing holiday. For a good night out, visit Flannigans in the old town. Reasonably priced drinks with excellent entertainment thrown in for free. Bianca, Rita and the crew are the best!

Costa Teguise is not for those that want a fast paced holiday with loud nightlife. The resort is well set up to cater for those expecting a relaxed holiday or for the windsurfers amongst you. The resort is perfect for virtually everyone, adults, kids,teens with a very relaxed feel but would not appeal to those looking for lively nightlife. As I said, the windsurfers are well set up with wind and waves at all times. If eating out then there is a great selection bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets, the staff being very helpful and value your custom. the beaches are excellent and clean, if snorkelling is your thing then head round to Los Charcos beach and take plenty of bread, the fish and there are thousands will literally swarm arond you and take the bread from your fingers and often a playful nip, certainly not to be missed and my children loved it. Even as an adult it is an amazing sensation to be surrounded by these fish and they are not all too small either.

A lovely promenade to walk along with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The beach is very nic, although quite busy, and there is a good range of beach activities. I did find the main shopping street a little 'odd' as it seemed sparse with not much variety. If you want to shop for fragrances you will be fine!

A good selection of cafes and restaurants along the sea front. The main plus is a lovely promenade which stretches all along the bay around Playa Blanca, away from all traffic. Ferries leave from the harbour for Fuerteventura and Papagayo beach is worth a visit by boat.

The Resort is very clean , the people are very friendly , can't do enough for you . Some excellent Tapas places close to the marina . The beach at el dorada is spot on . Only problem is the bar at the top of the beach is pretty pricey , but if you walk an extra couple of hundred yards there are some pretty cheap supermarkets

This is a lovely resort which is suitable to people of all ages.

There are a vast aray of shops, bars and restaurants for people to visit.

The beaches are clean and tidy, however, they are not large beaches.

Overall this was a great resort to visit.

Like Lanzarote we have been several times, however the bad experience with the apartment has now tainted it for us.

Really nice - not to busy, although we did not use the bars reatuarants as we were all inclusive To walk around on an evening is very nice not hassled to much by peolple trying to drag you into bars etc- easy enough to say no

Beaches - nice although busy of a weekend (locals) so best to stop by the pool those days

I came here for a short holiday and I really enjoyed it a lot as it was a lovely place and I would love to come back again to it in the future at some time. The beaches were wonderful, very pretty and beautiful and the water was crystal blue and the weather amazing. The cost of food and drink was ok and there were lots of places to go and have meals at. The nightlife was good but I did not really like the hassle in the streets when I went out at night for walks as the amount of staff from restaurants hassling people to eat in tehm is just plain annoying and winds me up a lot. There are lots of things to see and do in Matagorda and I am sure that you would have a good time in it. I really enjoyed it a lot and loved it.

NOT A LOT TO DO BUT VERY NICE it is a very nice walk along the beach to the shops very very nice quiet resort.

Plenty to entertain the whole family in the resort with bars that the children can sing and dance in and quieter areas to drink and enjoy spanish culture and live music.

It was OK. Quite spread out, lots of nice little resteraunts, particularly good Italian ones! There weren't too many 'Brits abroad' so it's quite good for kids as not that many idiots about in their 'Ingerland' shirts, living it 'large', in spite of us going over the World Cup.

No thumb thumb music! Great! Plenty of beach space, good shops & some good restaurants. A family orientated resort, all you need do is walk for a while to find the best places. The water park nearby is pricey! Just send the kids, adults relax by the pool!

Beach was lovely, although Dark Sand, 9 Euro for 2 loungers and a Parasol per day. Lovely Local shops/Bars, although the usual trying to get you to buy things and will let you haggle.

I loved Matagorda, I found that it was the perfect place to go and to soak up the sun. The beaches there are beautiful and I could spend all day just lying there on them. The cost of food and drink is average but I thought that it would have been a bit cheaper. There are lots of places to eat out at in Matagorda and there is a big choice of places to go to. The nightlife in Matagorda is good and there are lots of bars and clubs that you can go to. There are lots of things to see and do in Matagorda which is good so you will be able to fill your days there easily. The weather was lovely and warm and I really enjoyed it a lot. I think that this is a really lovely relaxing place to go and holiday on and I would recommend it.
