"Oasislanz Club"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Location-wise, the self-catering Oasislanz has it made. You’re just a five-minute stroll from the centre of Costa Teguise, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés within easy reach. And the beach is on your doorstep, too. The apartments themselves are on the basic side, but clean and comfortable. You wont find any unnecessary trimmings here but the simple layout and design offers everything you need for a great holiday base. Think open-plan kitchens - complete with microwaves, ovens and kettles - leading through to airy lounges and spacious balconies, perfect for a bit of al fresco dining. Outside, most of the action centres around the two sizeable swimming pools, one of which is heated. Framed by a terrace dotted with loungers and parasols, there’s plenty of space to relax here, just yards from your apartment. And, if you fancy yourself as an Andy Murray in the making, head to the on-site tennis courts for a game, set and match.

"Can't Wait to Go Back"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Apartments were basic but spacious and clean with a well equiped kitchen. Two pool areas cleaned every day, use of the gym and tennis courts free of charge. Plenty of sunbeds available and lifeguard on duty every day. Situated very close to centre of resort but far enough away to be quiet at night. Great bar with entertainment most nights. 5 minute walk to the beach which was spotless. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lanzarote.

"Fantastic Winter sun family break"
Overall Hotel Rating:
We only paid £100 for the hotel, booking through Travel Republic so we weren't really expecting alot, but we were really pleased with the hotel, and the room. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment, which had 2 bathrooms, perfect when you have 2 teenagers, and the balcony over looked the pool. The grounds were really well kept, and the heated pool was warm.

"Varied"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Our holiday at the resort started with Thomsons dumping us off on the road and clearing off, we lost the rep as we were getting our baby in to her pushchair but found our own way. Booking in was easy enough with reception staff pleasant and on the ball. However, our 1st room was room 118, right next to reception and all the walkways lead past it, not suitable for a young family, unable to get hold of the rep or Thomsons by phone or text we arranged a room move with reception who were very very helpful. Our 2nd room seemed to be newer as it was much cleaner than room 118, with a cleaner room and less foot traffic and noise our holiday was a very enjoyable one.
The pools are very good, the grounds are well maintained and clean. Staff in reception are very good, know the resort and surrounding areas and can help with most things. I snapped the mixer tap one afternoon, reception phoned maintenance immediately and within an half hour it was replaced and in full working order, not bad! The rooms are cleaned regularly and to a good standard. I do agree with some comments on here that the rooms could do with updating but they were adequate for a base.
The location of the resort is excellent, just across a road to the 'major' part of the resort, sometimes having to dodge those annoying "you want Chinese buffet" words!!!!

"Just not good enough!"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Apartments are well past their sell by date. Although equipped fairly well with kettle, toaster, microwave etc. Clean on the surface but could be cleaner. Bed in living area is not suitable, very thin matress on a metal frame. Ceiling fans have seen better days. Two nice swimming pools but paving around pool needs attention. On the plus side the location is good. There is better accommodation out there, I would not stay in these apartments again!

"Oasislanz......fantastic apartments"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Having read reviews on here about Oasislanz, I can't believe that some of these people stayed at the same place we stayed, I think some people just like complaining, the Oasislanz apartments were excellent, in a superb location, and we would definitely stay there again. Apt was clean, spacious and well equipped. We wanted for nothing, there was an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, microwave, full oven and grill, plenty of pots/pans, cutlery etc. Maids came everyday to clean, towels changed everyday and sheets every other day. Pool area and gardens were also cleaned and tended to daily. Staff very friendly and helpful, the receptionists all spoke english too. The highlight of the holiday, though, had to be watching people fight over sunbeds on a daily basis!!! We had a room overlooking the pool and as is normally the case, there will never be enough sunbeds for all guests, and if you weren't up by 7am to put your towels out, then you missed out!!!! So be warned........if you get up to go to the loo in the early hours, and if you really want a sunbed for the day, my suggestion is go down to the pool area all bleary eyed and put out your towels....rest assured, you won't be the only one wandering around in your pyjamas with an armful of towels!!!!!!! Don't let this put you off though, I would highly recommend Oasislanz.
"Ignore the bad reviews"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Having read what people had put on this review site regarding the hotel my family and i were dreading it. But what a load of rubbish. To say its for cheapskates and its dirty is very typical of the british. These people obviously stay in the poshest of hotels that cost the earth. The oasislanz was very clean (maid cleaned everyday). The hotel was brilliant. Great pools for kids and adults with lifeguard on duty. Tennis and sauna free of charge. The beach not even a 5 min walk away. Reception and all staff absolutely brilliant and if anything was wrong they sorted it out straight away that day. For example my mums toilet seat had broke and it was changed that day, my sister didnt have a clothes rail like all the other rooms and one was brought that day. For all people dreading going because of what these silly people have wrote trust me its a great hotel. They had a show on everynight except one day which was happy hour. Prices in hotel very good. 2.10 for a large beer which is very good for a hotel. There were 13 of us 6 adults and 7 kids and we really enjoyed our stay and would definately be re-visiting the OaisLanz.

"Dirty Scruffy Venue for Cheapskates"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Worse rooms I've ever stayed in ;- beds have extremely thin mattresses and the pillows just smell awful. The settee looks like it's been left out in the sun. Everythinglooks like it shouldbe replaced, there's obviously an investment problem.
"OasisLanz Club"
Overall Hotel Rating:
The accommodation is DISGRACEFUL - dirty, scruffy, outdated. Threadbare faded worn furniture, Toilet flush not working. Rusy non-functioning ceiling fans. Clean pillow cases on top of old sweat-soaked pillows (yuk). We asked to see another room but identical ! No desire or time to review the amenities, we endured one night, checked out, and relocated to the Hotel Beatriz which was a DELIGHT. We are claiming compensation from Interval International and have recommended to them to delete this venue from their database.
"Great Resort - Poor apartments"
Overall Hotel Rating:
Loved the resort but these apartments are very poor. The location was great but don't expect a good nights sleep - beds were awful and I can normally sleep on a knife edge. Asked reception for some solutions but none offered. Most of the reviews I read said these apartments were good - I don't know were they stayed. I'm not a fussy person and I know you get what you pay for - well if uncomfortable rooms, awful entertainment (starts at 10pm) and 1 choice of food each day is what you want - go for it.
