Camp de Mar is a good base to go walking from. If this was a purely beach holiday we went on I imagine it would be a bit boring as there is little to do, however the small bay is gorgeous.

Magaluf is a brilliant place, something for everybody, lively enough for teeenagers and party goers at one end but still lively for 40 ish year olds at the other. Lovely and clean, also quiet pubs for the gran and grandads to have a tipple. Will definately return. Though eating out has become expensive I guess its the same all over spain.

santa ponsa at this time of year is quite , although the resort is very nice.we would recommend santa ponsa for all ages there are quieter places for people who want to relax, and for people who want to party they can go up to the Irish bars. A nice place for families is the Jardin square were there are live shows every night.

excellent resort. beaches are perfect nightlife is the best and food is best prices i've ever came across. There is a excellent cafe called BereBere just off the strip please go there for breakfast, you will enjoy it

the resort was clean and the beach was beautiful there were lots of bars restuarants and views and the market which was on a friday were intresting you can walk for miles and the kids can run around i would definately go back to caan picafort just not hotel club tonga.

Didn't truly stay in Palma Nova as it was right on the border with maga. We didn't go all the way round but what we did see appeared to be a slightly quieter extension of Maga, nice beach, a few bars etc.

Playa de Palma has a nice beach, perfect for a stroll in the morning. There are a few nice shops, but Palma is really good for a visit.

Cala D'or is really beautiful. We went in October 2009 and the beaches were very clean and not overcrowded so not sure what they would be like in the height of the season? It is a quiet resort in that there are no nightclubs but there are plenty of bars and restaurants which offer something for everyone. We tried a few different restraurants but have to say that PP Chaves (which is right opposite from Sol Cal D'or Apartments) to be the best. The food was delicious and plentiful and the service was superb. There are lots of gift shops but to be honest most of them sold exactly the same items but some are cheaper than others so it pays to look around.

Can Picafort is very pretty and the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the sea front. It is very flat so would be easy walking for any age. There are plenty of bars and restaurants available. Prices were reasonable and staff in bars etc were very friendly. I would recommend a visit to the Jamacian bar for a taste of their cocktails - the staff were incredible and food very hot and tasty. Plenty of shops and cash machines. Local bus service to Alcudia every 15 minutes but they did get extremely full and you may well have to stand the whole way. Alcudia has a beautiful beach and is definitely worth visiting. Would also recommend a visit to Son Amar and Pirate Adventure shows - they are well worth the money.

we've been to magaluf many times over the years, i can really recommend it in april/may or late september/october as the weather is lovely but not too hot and the youngsters aren't out in such force. loads of good bars.

What bit I saw was very nice, I was stuck in the hotel most of the time. I think other hotel guests were happy about the resort.

The perfect resort really especially if travelling with teens. The beach is lovely and theres plenty to do in the town if the weather isn't up to scratch. There are lots of bars, and the boys liked being able to watch the football.

Alcudia is a nice resort. There is plenty to do, a few decent bars and nice restaurants. Great if you have older kids, for the arcades and stuff.

Really good if you have teenagers as its near Magaluf. Within the resort there are plenty of shops and restaurtants though, plus a lovely beach. Great family resort.

good resort ideal for anyone depending wat time of year u go,we always go may and october is still hot but filled more with families and older people, beach is lovely nitelife is great and u can get some gud deals on drinks, nice walk into palma nova lovely cafes bars restaraunts
