We stayed at the Don Bigote in september. The beaches are excellent and clean. The area in general is very clean. It is only 30 mins from the airport. We went to palma on the bus and was surprised how much the buses had improved with electronis dsirection boards and punctual services, with the bus terminus being underground and close to rail links. We went to soller on the rickety train by bus with no prfoblems. The bars and restaurants in the area had plenty of offers for both food and drink. Amigos bar facing ther Don Bigote was the best we have ever been food, Drink and service excellent with really frirndly staff. The only bad thing I had was at the upstairs Cabaret bar on just before the Fantasia golf where the elderly english owner gives leaflets and telling us the cabaret comes on at 10.30 but does not start till 11.45 trying to keep you there paying 10 euros for 2 drinks I would not reccomenbd this bar. Like many others we walked out.

I love Palma Nova. i will definately return to palma nova once i find a more suitable apartments to stay at! the beaches are nice, a nice quiet resort. do go to the el mecca, they are lovely, we have eaten there for 3 years and it's th only place we will eat, the staff are so lovely and always remember us, they loved the kids and the kids loved them, the food is great and the prices have never changed in the last 3 years. Do go and see the pirates show in magaluf.. we went for the 1st time.. worth every penny.. an absolutely fantastic show, we will defiantely go again

A tiny resort with a few hotels and bars and a brilliant bakery/coffeeshop .No loud music or atmosphere to speak of .Hole 19 bar run by the amiable Charlie was my favourite as he played music and showed the premiership games on Sky .If you want to sit in the sun and do nothing this is the place for you

I have been to palma nova a few times now and I never tire of the place lots to do and see both in plama nad magluf would recomed golf fansia and aquarim as well as water park and piartes. Nightlife is one of the best in magluf with lots of pubs and clubs for all!!

We made the best of our holiday, we only went on the beach a couple of times, sometimes rhe smell was very off putting, the shops were ok, but they all sold the same stuff, Most of the bars and restaurants were good with very friendy staff. We had 3 lovely boat trips one to The Caves of Brach which is a must, very very impressive, All in all we still enjoyed it but not a place I would really want to go back to.

There are plenty of loud bars and clubs for the younger types, but also some bars playing roy chubby brown and eastenders for the likes of me. nice long sandy beach, sun, its all you can ask for really.

Once you have been to Cala Bona, you'll fall for its charm and character - you will return again and again.

A lovely resort, quiet and clean. Plenty of shops and beach clean with gently sloping water into the sea. The water was quite warm (Sepetember). Much preferred Playa Munro to Alcudia.

It is a quiet resort not big on nightlife, but good bars my favourite is City CaFe I love the atmosphere and the chilled relaxing feel, it is just accross the street from the Samoa Hotel, Next to it is an arcade so my 12 year old was happy in there while my and hubby sat and had a quiet drink.

The central bar and O'Donnells are also worth a visit

It is ideal if you are looking for a relaxing break

alcudia old town was lovely....plenty to see and lots of places to eat at varying prices...we enjoyed our day in the town and it was easy to get round which was wonderful as my mum was in a wheelchair...i would go back to alcudia anytime

Plenty of bars, clubs and a nice beach, its all you really want and need!!! Plenty of bars showing the footie too which is a nice bonus. Will definately go back next season, can't believe we havent been before - this is our 7th annual lads holiday!

built up resort and not the cleanest but nice beach. plenty of life guards. food well priced.

I thought Santa Ponsa was a lovely resort - this was our first abroad holiday as a family,so wasn't too lively for us. The beach was very nive also. I would definately recommend this to others (We paid around £800 for 7 Nights - 2 Adults / 1 - Under 2) Hope this Helps

Resort suited for familys and couples. Lovely beach unspoiled coastline between sa coma and calla millor. No hills so suitable for disabled. Good entertainment at night plenty of places ot eat and drink best by far mariners bar.

Found resort to be dirty as dog mess seemed to be on pavements every where.Every thing very expensive and because euro low makes it even worse. We were glad we were h/b as money would have dissapeared fast buying meals.
