Colonia San Jordi seems to be a relatively newly built resort with an attractive harbour. It appears to me that most of the property in the town are holiday flats, with a few large hotels on the coast. It is a very quiet town, with half a dozen restaurants ...
Colonia San Jordi seems to be a relatively newly built resort with an attractive harbour. It appears to me that most of the property in the town are holiday flats, with a few large hotels on the coast. It is a very quiet town, with half a dozen restaurants / bars along the harbour including a Chinese (all of which seemed excellent). There is also a main street with a few more bars, shops and restaurants at the rear of the town near the salt flats. The beaches in the area are pretty wild and undeveloped, and you can walk for miles along the coast if you want. I did note though that there appears to be a seaweed problem, but I suppose thats nature for you! In general this is a very quiet resort of which my only criticism would be that it lacks a bit of charachter. That aside I would recommend it if you are looking for a quick, fairly peaceful getaway.

Just returned from a week here. The accommodation was very good, but we were transferred from a standard room (very standard) to a very nice apartment due to a problem with our door. I must say the staff were very helpful and polite in arranging this. The c...
