"Fun Times"
Overall Resort Rating:
Sa Coma was a lovely little resort beach was one of the best I haev been to. Town was quiet not heaps of shops just the usual nick nack shops and spars. Food and drink was quite expensive - but most places are due to the euro - expect to pay between 5 and 6 euros for a pint of cider. I would recommend the area to young families - not alot to entertain couples of families with older children in my opinion

"Disappointed"
Overall Resort Rating:
I was disappointed in SaComa. It felt a bit Blackpool, much smaller, and whilst food was cheap and cheerful, it wasnt much more. Entertainment is limited to bingo, karaoke and tribute bands.

"Family Resort"
Overall Resort Rating:
The resort is fine - a bit lacking in charm compared to Greece and Turkey but don't be put off. If you're looking for a family holiday with a great beach then this is ideal.
The walkway by the beach is very busy at night and seems to be taken over by people who have hired motor driven scooters. This, if anything, was my one complaint about the holiday. The scooters weave in and out of the pedestrians at a fair speed. How someone hasn't been hurt I will never know!
A good evening walk is up to the old castle along a rough path. There is a bar at the top too with views over Sa Coma & Cala Miller. Be warned though, walk back before dark as there is no lighting and you won't see to get back.
I thought drinks etc were going to be really expensive due to the exchange rate, but found prices quite reasonable.

"A small family friendly resort. "
Overall Resort Rating:
A lovely resort, only small but it had all we needed. Not much traditional spanish food but some lovely restaurants with quality food and the beach was very family friendly but was quite crowded. We did venture out a few times to Porta Cristo which was more typically spanish and had some fantasic restaurants overlooking the harbour. We also went to the Pirates show in Magaluf which we would recommend and had a great night out.

"sa coma"
Overall Resort Rating:
Sa Coma itself is a lovely resort with plenty of shops and bars and a great bus service there is 2 major bars that stick out the most the brittania and the kings head although i prefered the brittania for food and entertainment the kings head got a bit wild after 12pm with a enlosed club part which u had to go through in order to get your drinks. The lifegaurd at the beach was very good if there was danger and took no nonsense in getting people out. There is a hypermarket as well in sa coma as well as numerous spa shops for groceries. I could not fault this resort plus 10 minutes away is cala millor with more shops by bus. I also loved the funky peach at the end of the night on the way back it was ideal to stop by and have a drink and the prices where very reasonable and staff lovely also a pool table great place to unwind.

"Friendly place"
Overall Resort Rating:
Sa Coma is a small resort compared to Cala Millor, the next one along for example. There's some good restaurants here and there's a few bars too. You get live entertainment in some of them (King's Head, Delaneys and Britannia bar) there's other smaller, quieter bars if you prefer and these ones don't open as late. The ones in brackets above tend to be 3am but the others are around 12 or 1am. The beach is fantastic and the seas is shallow for a good bit out, excellent for swimming in. There's plenty watersports to choose from and there's bars/restaurants along the back of it for refreshments. There is also a train/tractor vehicle that takes you to Cala Millor of a couple of euros if you want a more varied choice of things to do and it only takes around 15 mins to get there. Sa Coma is nice, the locals are quite friendly so it was a very enjoyable experience for us.

"Sa Coma area"
Overall Resort Rating:
Sa Coma is a small resort with a few bars, restaurants and shops, it's a nice clean place and the people seem very friendly. Most of the bars, restaurants etc don't stay open too late, with the exception of the Kings Head and only one or two others. The bars have tribute nights most nights and are a great night out and a laugh. The beach is beautiful too, although you have to hire the sunbeds at 4:50euros each per day.

Overall Resort Rating:
A quiet resort with a lovely beach and pedestrian walkway leading to neighbouring S'illiot 5 mins. A short taxi ride, approx' 6 euros to Calla Millor which is much busier. Quite a few cafes and restarants in Sa Coma a bit spead out though.

"Sa Coma Resort Review - Majorca"
Overall Resort Rating:
The resort of Sa Coma, being on the East Coast of Majorca, is absoutely wonderful. It has a wonderful array of shops, bars and restaurants, just enough to keep you happy for 7-10 days of entertainment. Most bars have some sort of entertainment happening. You DO NOT get yobbos going to Sa Coma, you mainly get families with young children. The restaurants are fine, and some have a very good choice for the children, ranging from 3.5euros to 5 euros for their meal. My favourite place to eat was The Kings Head, the portions were huge and they also did a mean Kings head special breakfast including drink for 5 euros. If you do stay at the Iris Apartments, you get 15% off your food bill, bonus! The double burger with cheese and bacon for 6 euros hit the spot nicely.
There are also a lot of supermarkets (Spar), which sell most foods and drinks you could want, around the resort and to one end of the resort is an Eroski Hypermarket. In the Hypermarket a baguette about 2 foot long will cost you 45cents and a can of Fanta Orange will cost you 39 cents. A punnet of large strawberries will cost you 1.08 euros. The apples in the shops are about twice the size of what we have back home and taste 10 times better. 2 huge granny smith apples cost about 1.60euros. So even with our poor exchange rate, there are still some items that are well priced, but better priced in the Hypermarket, instead of the Spar supermarkets.
The beach in Sa Coma is beautiful, its lovely and sandy and is very large and clean. 3 sunbeds and an umbrella cost 18 euros to hire, so ensure you have money, or something to take instead of paying for these items!!!! Just take your bucket and spade for the kids to play with. The sea is safe and up and down the beach you will see the coloured flags either green, yellow or red, depending on the sea's choppiness. I did see lifeguards on duty when I was there, which was nice to see.
