Nice generic beach resort with clean sandy beach. S'Illot next door is nicer though!! Would stay there maybe if I came back to this part of the island.

Lots of nice restaurants with reasonably priced food. Many of them had equipment to entertain the kid free of charges e.g bouncy castles.

Sa coma is a great little resort can be a bit run down in places but the beach is fantastic nice shallow waters for the little ones would highly recommend. Many pubs do offers on there food (buy 2 meals get free bottle of wine) the royal oak does lovely english home cooked food which was nice also the Brittania pub, for spanish food visit cafe del mar. Would recommend visiting the pirate shoe in Maguluf well worth the money also Western Water Park is great for the little ones.

Lovely resort with nice beaches and good choice of eating places although we did have problems with Bar Antic who served me cold frozen fish and then tried to warm it up again after i had started to eat it and then when we refused to pay for the fish, 6 of the staff ganged up on my husband ahing a go at him but we didn't pay...steer clear, horrible people!!!!

"not as nice as cala millor"

Overall Resort Rating:

First visited about 13 years ago. Resort seemed then fairly upmarket. Resort now quite tacky. No decent shops. All sell same boring things no-one wants. Plenty places to eat, but nowhere of quality. Beach is quite nice, very busy in summer. shortish but nice promenade which goes to s'illot. Other way can walk to Cala Millor, which quite honestly has a nicer feel.

"Not as nice as Cala Millor"

Overall Resort Rating:

Average

Open quote

Not as nice as nearby Cala Millor or S'illott. Could do with a bit of TLC in places.

We were a bit disappointed with the resort. Nothing much to do in the evenings apart from a nice walk along the sea front, a multitude of similar shops selling Chinese made tat, and some slightly grimy British bars/restaurants. Much nicer is Cala Millor up the road, or S’Illot in the other direction.

Would we go again? To Sa Coma – no. To a Protur hotel – yes.

A small resort perfect if you just want to wander to a restaurant or the beach. Older kids can have some freedom without the worry of drunken holiday makers being an issue.

Lovely beach, good choice of shops and restaurants. We regularly ate at JJ's, which was excellent value for money, with the best service you could ask for, thanks Darren, Donna and family, you made us cery welcome, and we had some lovely meals. Shops were reasonably priced.

Sa Coma is a great resort for families and children. The beach is safe and lifeguards are always around. There are lots of places to eat out, plenty of shops etc. I liked Sa Coma as it isnt too big, the bars are busy enough with good atmosphere, without being too busy. Buses run to different resorts. Sa Coma is about an hour to an hour and a half from the airport but the coach journey is ok, lovely views along the way.

"Suits us"

The resort is ideal for us as everything is on the level. The seafront is pedestrianised - except for bicycles which are a menace! Shopa re limited but there is a bus service into Cala Millor nearby where there are many more shops to traipse round. We eat out all the time in Sa Coma and always use bar Atlantic as we know the owners from when they had a bar in S´Illot. There is such a choice of food that I dont think anyone could complain.
