Santa ponsa is a cosmopolitan resort offering varous venues for eating out to the nightlife of the many irish themed bars to the relaxing bars near the beach. The entertainment square is well worth a night or two visit with tribute bands e.g ABBA etc and makes a nice atmosphere for the night,or if you the party animal why not jump in a taxi and for magaluf

We went late season...... but I think that during the hight of the season Santa Ponsa must be excellent.

santa ponsa at this time of year is quite , although the resort is very nice.we would recommend santa ponsa for all ages there are quieter places for people who want to relax, and for people who want to party they can go up to the Irish bars. A nice place for families is the Jardin square were there are live shows every night.

A very pleasant resort with everything to hand, the mosquitos were a pain though, but there had been a lot of rain prior to our arrival.

Plenty of places to eat but always ask your hotel reception for the most recommended and you will not be dissapointed. The beach is nicer than Alcudia´s and Palma Nova´s beachs!!!

Resort quality is excellent but make sure you do not stay at the sun beach apartments because it will ruin your sleep. there are many bars and pubs for every taste.

We didn´t really do any special activities except for taking the bus into Palma city which took 20 min. and it was BEAUTIFUL ......... we were more than impressed at how nice the centre was. A visit to Palma is a MUST for everyone and the food we ate was great.

don't rate santa ponsa i'm afraid and only went cos it was really cheap. well shouldn't have gone, should have paid more for somewhere better or maybe just not gone at all. the town is a dive, if you are irish or scottish (no offence meant) and just like to drink all day i'm sure its fine and i'm missing something but irish bar after irish bar with karoke isn't for me. culturally it is no good and seen many better beaches.

A good compact resort with plenty of bars, restaurants and gift shops. However if you are not a sit by pool all the time type of person you may want to escape the resort and visit the other parts of the island as the resort doesnt have enough to occupy for a week or two weeks. Tip - buses really cheap - grab a timetable from the tourist info place near beach. We went to Port Andratx, Perguera and Palma. By the way get the 102 to Palma it only takes 20-5 mins but the 104 stops everywhere and takes much longer. Tip - As always the little supermarkets are a bit expensive. Take a walk to the Eroski which is on the road leading up out of the resort from the big roundabout.

I thought Santa Ponsa was a lovely resort - this was our first abroad holiday as a family,so wasn't too lively for us. The beach was very nive also. I would definately recommend this to others (We paid around £800 for 7 Nights - 2 Adults / 1 - Under 2) Hope this Helps

First class resort McTavishes bar has very good entertainment clean beach only the weather let it down

Lovely resort with quietier and busy areas, and a bit of something for everything. The white sand beach is stunning.

Excellent value for money. The best resort we have ever visited. Very clean holiday resort and very very safe. We will go back because we simply love it. much better than all Orlando holiday resorts.

Lovely small and friendly resort. Ideal for couples, families with young kids, beach is lovely with tiny fishies swimmin past you when you paddle in the sea!. The resort is very quiet with only a few bars dotted about, so if you like clubbing and dancing the night away you'd be better off in Magaluf! Would definately come back to Santa Ponsa in the future.

Santa Ponsa is a fairly small resort compared to Magalluf and Palma Nova but there is plenty to do there
