Beach Club Reviews

Having read some of the previous reports i was unsure about booking. I only wish I hadn't. The hotel is supposed to be 3* WRONG, it is a sweat box, there is no air conditioning anywhere in it.The pool is tiny, 5ft+ at the shallow end, and full of debris. There are not enough sun beds or parasols.The first choice reps with the Joe 90 look a like manager are terrible. Joe 90 handled the many daily complaints badly. There are broken tiles round the pools.The rooms are small, the views of the many cranes + building sites spectacular.The food is bland at best. The entertainment is not worth the effort.We never found the resort,four restaurants,three supermarkets and half a dozen shops does not constitute a resort.There is no beach.
If You can't avoid going;
Eat at Orient 2 restaurant
Don't book any trips from the hotel, try the travel shop(its much cheaper for the same trip)
Use the apartments facilities over the road from the ocean club.
Use the local transport 437 Bus to get into Americas
