Very good all inclusive hotel set in extensive grounds. Hotel is on a slope and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Food is very god but repeats every week. Entertainment is on a par with most hotels in Tenerife- mediocre and because of isolated position you are stuck unless you spend $15 on a taxi. Hotel grounds and three pools are magnificent although short on parasols. Hotel is more suitable to families and older people young persons would probably be bored. Very good system of supplying drinks... help yourself! All in all an excellent hotel with good staff sure of a good holiday.

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks holiday at Bahia Principe Costa Adeje. The hotel is beautiful, set out down the hill on the south side of the island about 20mins drive from Reina Sofia airport. We stayed for a weeks All-inclusive which was very enjoyable.

The buffet restaurant was good, with a large selection every day, and very few repeats. The resort also benefits from having 3 "a la carte" restaurants on site and the option to visit the 3 restaurants on the Bahia Principe Tenerife resort across the road. This does give a break from having the buffet and 3 visits are included within the all inclusive package.

The resort is set out down the hill with very pleasant landscaped gardens with pathways down to the pool area. There are 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds, however a few more parasols could have been provided.

The rooms were very nice and the maid service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and finished off with pleasant touches which showed care for the job. All the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Overall we had a fantastic weeks holiday and would definitely go back again.

The particular area that the hotel is in is a very small area, mostly taken up by the hotel itself. There is a courtyard area that services both Bahia Principe Costa Adeje and Tenerife which has several souvenier shops a bar and a nightclub and this is wher...

Excellent hotel with good food. Quiet location so ideal for a week in the sun. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Infinity pool quiet with stunning views. Main pool full of daytime activities. All parts of the hotel are clean. The small beach area is nice. If you are looking for a week away in the sun (away from Las Americas) this hotel will be ideal. There are a few areas of the hotel that may not be suitable for the less mobile but this is clearly indicated in the brochure. We will be going back and we would recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel I will give any information i hope that will help you. firstly this hotel is in playa parisio but it is a 15 min walk to the nearest shop and the hotel shops are exspensive. the walk to the shop is not for the light hearted and includes some steep steps around the back of the Hotel across the beach. The choice of food in the buffet restaurant was excellent our 5 year old never had a problem neither did we.you get 3 restaurant vouchers a week and you have to book in advance. we ate at the spanish and italian and both were lovely. the snack bar had a decent menu but did get very messy mostly due to guests leaving all their rubbish everywhere. The mini club was 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon was very good for 5 to 10 yr olds.followed later by a good mini disco at 8-45. the entertainment is in the square if you have mini disco children you have to run up and down to the lobby bar for drinks until 10 oclock when the square bar opens this at the end of 2 weeks gets a bit hard work and not very practical. The SUNBEDS you cannot reserve the beds until 8am BUT people sit on them from 7am so if you want a bed you have to be out by 7-30 not ideal on holiday and a complete pain. All in all we loved our holiday the little niggles were just annoying and the entertainment team were excellent.to be honest other than buying a paper we didnt need to spend a penny and slushes on tap was great for kids while cocktails and irish coffees were great for mum The other thing is if you need anything dont ask the thomas cook rep he is crap that was the general opinion of most guests. Well worth a visit to this hotel but only if you are willing to chill for your week as it is too far away from anywhere to walk and 20 euro each way to las americas.

After looking at other reviews on this hotel we booked our holiday and were built up to expect a little more than what we recieved.

The hotel itself is very clean and tidy with pleasant hotel surroundings, the only thing you miss is having a beach to walk along.

The food was of a fair standard throughout all of its resturants although the service could be a little hit and miss depending on who your waiter/waitress was. We visited the mexican asian and the italian al a carte's, we found the food ok but not exactly what we would call al a carte.

If you enjoy getting up on your holidays at at least 6.45 am to make sure you get a sunbed, and especially a umbrella then this is the place for you, there were probably 6 to 8 beds per umbrella. This completley ruined our holiday and was beyond a joke as far as my wife and me were concerned, we felt shattered the whole time we were here. We complained to our rep and the hotel but to no avail everybody we spoke to was just as cross as we were.

I took my son on the scuba dive introduction it cost 120 euro's for the 2 of us and the dive lasted 12 minutes I was furious. So a little tip is when the dive school come around the pool looking for bussiness don't do it !

I would never go back there again we have been to 4 star hotels with first choice before in the Domminican Republic and they were fantastic.

I would rate this hotel as a 3 star and definately not 4 We are by no means snobs and have put glowing reviews on this site before. We just do not want people to be let down like we were.
