I went to stay in a one bed apartment on this lovely private complex which was owned by a friend. I had 3 children with me and they had a great time. They loved the pools and the local area. We went into Los Cristianos for a day and we were all happy to return to the quieter area of Golf Del Sur and away from the touts that were trying to push scratch cards into our hands telling us we had won a prize. Some of them got very insistant when we told them we were not interested.
The restuarants and bars in The Golf were very nice. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and is very well maintained even though it was a one bed and there were 5 of us it was not a problem as there were 2 sofa beds in the lounge for the children. There were 2 fans and flyscreens fitted to the balcony and bedroom window to stop mosquitos getting in at night. Ther is an iron, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, microwave and even a washing machine. A real home from home! I would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to going back next year again. You can find the apartment complex on the tenerife-holscouk

Flights booked with Air200.co.uk (basically First Choice) Accomodation a friends private rent. First time in Tenerife .... first impressions CLEAN ! Taxi to the place took 10 mins and cost EUR20 (driver had a sore head we reckon) ... pay no more than this though. 1 bedroom apartment was spotless and beautiful. Overlooked 3 swimming pools. Welcome pack to greet us ... water,bread, milk, butter - lovely touch. Remember there are no beaches in Tenerife, apart from the imported sand from the Sahara. Lots of Brits there and Brit comforts to match. San Blas the place to go for your eats and things. Went to Los Christionos for the day (470 Bus does it in 35 mins) A day was enough. Found a lovely fish restaurant CAFE DEL MAR near the harbour. Otherwise a super weeks break had and would definetely return. Good call to go. ENJOY
