We booked with this company as we fancied a late getaway. We were told that there would be a presentation of 90mins on timeshare. This was to be a lie. Our flights were changed because they forgot to book us on the original flight.

We booked with this company as we fancied a late getaway. We were told that there would be a presentation of 90mins on timeshare. This was to be a lie. Our flights were changed because they forgot to book us on the original flight.
On arriving we found that the appt wasn't ready as they were expecting us on a different flight!!
We were taken to the 5* resort where we booked in only to then be taken by taxi to a 2* accomodation. At the entrance there is a skip full of smelly rubbish and lots of flies. you can imagine how off putting this was. The accomodation was not what we expected althought the views were fantastic. If you wanted to go out at night you had to walk down a steep pathway that was full of dog dirt and it was 15 mins walk to bars and restaurants.
The presentation consisted of a timeshare rep taking us away in his car and refusing to take no for an answer, he proceeded to claim that he was about to lose his job because we said no. You have to be very firm and I do not recommend this holiday to anyone who does not like to be browbeaten believe me it's not worth having a cheap holiday for. We were there the shortest time of 4hrs!!
We met other couples who had the exact same opinions.
All in all having been in Tenerife several times this was our worst experience and one that we will not be repeating, we advise others not to be fooled.
