The Hotel itself is very good and very clean,the rooms are big and the bed was the biggest I've ever seen! The food was very good but watch out for the price of a steak in the Mingles Pub as it works out at so many Baht per 100 grams so quite a small steak ...
The Hotel itself is very good and very clean,the rooms are big and the bed was the biggest I've ever seen! The food was very good but watch out for the price of a steak in the Mingles Pub as it works out at so many Baht per 100 grams so quite a small steak is quite expensive.
As the hotel is a bit of the beaten track we tended to use Meter Taxis to get around but Beware!-We had to tell EVERY driver to switch on the meter when we got in.One quoted us 100 baht for a trip but we refused to go unless he used the meter and it only came to 40 baht.The hotel Shuttle-bus is very useful and will take you to different destinations during the day.I found that a website www bangkokbob net was very helpful and is well worth a visit before you visit the city.
