Dusit Thani Hotel Reviews

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We were there at Christmas and it was spectacularly decorated. Service is magnificent. Restaurants were excellent quality and the staff were above and beyond helpful. The location was wonderful. We especially liked two things - the proximity to Lumphini Park and the SkyTrain on the corner! We would cross the road to the park every morning before breakfast and enjoy a real slice of Thai life. People doing exercise, learning to dance, eating out in groups, doing martial arts, playing board games, vendors selling street food, or just walking vigourously - and this is all before 8 a.m!! And everywhere, people smile at you. Then back to the hotel for a most amazing breakfast buffet.

The SkyTrain lets you move around Bangkok easily and is simple to figure out. We used it to go to the weekend market at Chatuchak, the Jim Thompson house, and the main shopping malls amongst other places. The hotel is also within easy strolling distance of Patpong market in the evening (has to be seen once!) and also some other night markets for great food.

We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

fantastic hotel, fantastic service, cant fault it except some of the staff dont have very good english but nothing is too much trouble and they will find someone who does.. we had never been to pattaya before so was a great hotel for 1st timers , would probally find a hotel as good for half the price if you look around but would recomend this hotel for your 1st time. you wont be disappointed
