After leaving Bangkok (we stayed at the Amari there another excellent hotel) We booked this hotel last min because it was the only one we could find short notice over New Years Eve. It used to be called Princess Village but has recently had building work and changed its name.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, they still had some of the building work going on when we arrived, they told us they would ask them to stop if we wanted to get some sleep after our journey which I thought was nice. The rooms were lovely and clean, you had a huge comfortable bed, mini bar, big walk in shower, the huts themselves were on stilts so you had your own private porch area to sit and look out on to the stunning view of the gardens. The pool area was lovely with big wooden beds which over looked the beach. The food in the hotel was nice too,
all in all the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Thailand and we stayed at 6 hotels whilst there, so that should show it rates high!
