We went to Ao Nanag, near Krabi for Easter. It was very very hot and humid. The hotel was lovely, very clean, and we had a room with wonderful sea vies (ask to get a room facing the back on 4th or 5th floor). The pool is quite small at the hotel. The beach ...
We went to Ao Nanag, near Krabi for Easter. It was very very hot and humid. The hotel was lovely, very clean, and we had a room with wonderful sea vies (ask to get a room facing the back on 4th or 5th floor). The pool is quite small at the hotel. The beach is not very nice in Ao Nang, so you have to take a longtail boat each day to take you to one of the surrounding beaches or islands which adds quite a bit of cost to your daily budget.
Plenty to do in the area, a good holiday for active people. Go with the tour operators recommended by your travel agency, there are some not so good companies around, 'Krabi Lucky Tour' is one to be avoided! There are lots of little restaurants along the seafront atht offer good value meals.
