Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Helpful courteous staff, lovely rooms, amazing pool and the kids club is unbelievably good. The entertainments team - The Rock Agents - keep young and old occupied and put a wonderful activities programme without disturbing people who wish to relax.

I am going to struggle to keep the kids happy anywhere else. Best service and staff attitude I have ever encountered.

we stayed at the hard rock hotel in pattaya,the pool staff never smiled once,we caught the girl in the kids club pulling our litle girls arm with full force when we complained nothing was done,the manager around the pool area wanted money all the time from tourists,we were very disapointed with the hard rock,we did see street girls hanging around the resort,for a family hotel we couldn't believe it,however the pool area was very nice,this hotel is singapore run not american so we know now why the satandads are low,the managment for this hotel has alot to be desired for,one thing for sure the hotel staff are left to run a mock.
