We find this a lovely friendly hotel, we visited for a second time last year (Sept 2007) we were made so welcome by the friendly staff ( lovely young guy on reception) so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was always clean, a little tired looking but that added to its charm. The food was fantastic, lots to choose from and the waiters looked after us well, especially Hamdi who worked very hard and was a lovely chap. The pool area was always clean and there were plenty of activities around the pool if you wanted that type of thing. We were so impressed by the hotel and staff that we have booked a 2week stay this year.
We are looking forward to our holiday this year in Tunisia, there may not be a lot to do but it is a lovely place to unwind and relax and to us Tunisia is the perfect place to do it

The hotel and staff were very good I would recommend the hotel and resort to any one, we have just booked to go back October 05. The bar staff are some of the best I have ever met on our holidays. The food was varied and keep most people happy there was something for one and all. The rooms are very spacious and very clean our maid even put flowers on our bed it was beautiful. The beauty salon is run by 3 of the sweetest girls, the are very helpful and very friendly. The entertainment was basic there was something on most nights but was not in your face and was easy to escape if you didn't want to join in. I took my 14yr old and her best friend on this holiday, on the flight home both cried as we took off something they have never done on any other holiday says alot. I never had what can we do or I'm fed up.
Please if you get chance to go to this hotel please do it, it will be the best thing you have done. Tunisia is a beautiful country, full of beautiful friendly people and this hotel has it all. First class

This was our first visit to Tunisia and we did not know really what to expect as we had heard mixed reviews. We our selves were very pleased with our choice of hotel. All the staff at Flora Park were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble, they seemed to take pride in there work. The food was excellent and there was always plenty of choice, my husband is a very fussy eater but had no problem with the food at all. The sweets were to die for! The waiters were very courteouse and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning staff really worked such a long day but always seemed happy in their work. The hotel has its own bit of beach which is only 5minutes walk away if that. Their is a lovely little cafe across the road and you can try the hubble bubble pipe, the little chap who serves you is dressed in Tunisian costume and is genuinly friendly.
We went on the Galleon trip which we would recommend, the crew entertained you and you were even fed a snack of sardines salad and meat. Good value for money we thought at around 35dinas.
We also went on the day trip to the weekly market at Nebul, an excellent experience. If you enjoy a good barter you will enjoy this. Just have an idea though as to what you are going to pay as they really do ask daft prices. We wanted a wooden large camel for our son and were asked 160 dinas for it we bartered him down to 23!! We were pleased with that.
We certainly will be visiting Tunisia again, it was a wonderful experience and a holiday not to forget, not everyones cup of tea I guess but we enjoyed it.
What an Excellent hotel the Flora Park is.
The hotel is very clean and styled in the Tunisian Moorish style. Bright and airey throughout. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The cleaning staff seemed to have a pride in their work throughout the hotel...

The hotel is very clean and styled in the Tunisian Moorish style. Bright and airey throughout. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The cleaning staff seemed to have a pride in their work throughout the hotel. Not only the cleaning staff but all the staff were 100% up for making your stay as good as possible.
The pool is an excellent size whether you wished to do lengths or play around.
The beach is about a slow 5 minute walk from the hotel and the Flora Park has its own piece of the beach with sunbeds and beach cafe/bar. The beach is clean golden sand and the sea crystal clear.
Hammamet Yasmine is a modern purpose built resort with many hotels of all sizes, as you walk around it is spotless if not a little souless, but on your return back to the Flora Park you walk away from the bland into a comfortable oasis. Most visitors in the hotel and resort were either British or French.
The buffet style breakfast and evening meals were varied and fresh with loads of salads, hot meat and fish dishes. They were attempting to cater for both the British and French tastes and seemed to get it just about right.
You will not be dissapointed by this small friendly hotel and a re visit will be planned for the future.

Hotel Flora is a really nice hotel. The rooms are very tasteful and as mentioned before the chambermaids take a great deal of care in their work. The food in the buffet breakfast and dinner was up to standard - though I was suprised that there was no bottled water provided with the meals (costs extra). The staff make a big effort with the guests and were always helpful and friendly.
We were in Hammamat in Novemember. They is absolutely nothing to do there if the weather isn't good - Hammamat Yassmim is a purpose built resort - rather souless and errie the off season.
Top marks though to Flora Park - try the Mornag Wine - you are sure to be on to a winner !!
