this was our first time in Tunisia,my sister and I and four kids aged 6 to 12, we all had a geat time, enjoyed the pool, activities, beach. kids never complained of being bored! food was fair to medium - some things did not look too great but give them a try you may be pleasantly surprised! entertainment was better than expected and the staff could not have been any more helpfull especially when it came to the kids. as for tips, we did not give any tips until the last day but i doubt the service would have been any different or better had we tipped from the start. BUT there is one big thing i have to comment on BEWARE THE BELGIANS!!!i have never come accross such arrogant, rude, obnoxious, intollerant beings in all my life or travels.(even russians) they complained about kids playing and having fun. when we objected to their complaints they were even more rude and insulting to us. apart from that one incident i would go back again as would everyone in our party!

The hotel was fantastic in every way - yes I agree that the decor is a bit dated but the hotel is closing for refurbishment in January. The staff cannot do enough for you. The food was plentiful and varied and was typical of all inclusive food. The entertainment team worked really hard, although their shows were very repetitive (a lot of dancing) - but you didnt have to watch it.

Service from bars was ok good drinks pleasant staff cant fault them. Sunbeds are free but you need to tip pool guy or you wont get one he reserves them for tippers by putting his own towels on them costs you 2 dinars or £1 a day. Animation team only like you if your a young girl and single over 40 your lucky if they say hi. Location is good 20 mins walk to port. Sorry but i cant find much good to say about this place i cant understand rave reviews it gets, some people been going here for years (weird) a few have told me never again its gone downhill from about march this year. Still im seeing rave reviews for the two week i was there , im not fussy or awkward just like fod thats hot take a chance but i wont go there again for sure, contact me by all means if you want more advise

UPON ARRIVAL WE FOUND THE MALE RECEPTIONIST VERY ABRUPT WITH US AND THE FILLING OUT OF THE INFORMATION CARDS. WE FOUND OUR ROOM WAS NOT VERY GOOD, LARGE CIGARETTE BURN ON BED COVER AND THIS WAS STILL THERE THE DAY WE LEFT EVEN AFTER WE HAD COMPLAINED TO OUR...

THE PATIO DOOR LOCK WAS BROKEN AND YOU COULD EASILY GAIN ENTRY FROM THE OUTSIDE, AGAIN WE COMPLAINED AND HALF HEARTED ATTEMPT TO FIX IT AND WE COULD STILL GET IN, THE ONLY THING THEY DID CHANGE WAS THE SHOWER CURTAIN. TO OUR HORROR WE FOUND THE HOTEL CONTAINED MOSTLY RUSSIANS AND THEY ARE THE MOST ARROGANT, RUDE, GREEDY PEOPLE YOU COULD WISH TO MEET, THE STAFF AND LOCALS DO NOT LIKE THEM AND THE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MANNERS. I BELIEVE THAT TOUR OPERATORS NEED TO WARN FUTURE TOURISTS. WONT BE GOING BACK TO TUNISIA AND WILL STICK TO EGYPT WHICH IS 100% BETTER
